We've stayed at a few different condos in the area and this was our favorite! The area is quiet and very nice. The complex seems well maintained. The condo itself was clean and well laid out, the patio was really nice with lots of space. I especially appreciated the nice little touches around, like new linens and extra blankets in every room. Hellon was helpful and communicated promptly when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at different units in Duneridge for over 20 years and this is by far the nicest most updated unit we have stayed in. It was super clean and everything was perfect. She has great quality pots and pans and dishes and linens--and the beach chairs and toys were an added bonus. The view from the top floor is non-equaled any place at Wrightsville--it's stunning.

This was one of our favorite VRBO stays we’ve booked! We were down for our son’s open house at UNCW/spring break. The communication with the owner & just general ease of everything is unmatched. The condo was absolutely perfect..comfy beds, all the conveniences, & the back porch with the ocean views was the best! Beautiful decor! It was a 10/10 for us - thank you so much!!!

We really enjoyed the property! The third floor was perfect for viewing of the water. The closet, full of beach chairs and boogie boards was an added bonus we did not expect and really enjoyed. Hope to come back someday!

We love the Duneridge location. This unit is great because it is on the top floor and the view is excellent. The primary bedroom is huge so there was room to stretch out and do yoga on the floor. Our favorite thing to do is walk down to Mason's Inlet at low tide and watch all the birds and look at the beautiful marsh.

Overall this was a very nice rental. Needs some work on the dryer. Im afraid the vents need cleaning because it takes forever to dry clothes. Could be a fire hazard. The condo overlooks a beautiful beach however it is a long walk to the beach, especially if you have a problem with long walks. Beach chairs are not good if you have a problem getting up from almost sitting on the sand. Very clean, beds great. Shower handle in master shower needs fixing. Bring your own bath towels. I personally have a problem with bath towels that are brown and I know not bleached. We went out and bought our own towels.

Gorgeous updated condo on the beach!

The condo was beautifully decorated with a bright open spacious style. Great location right on the beach - more quiet and relaxing of a location, yet still very close to drivable places. Checking in and out went smoothly. We would stay there again!

This was our 13th year staying at Dune Ridge and Hellon’s place by far was the nicest. Beautiful upgraded and it was so nice to have an additional bathroom. We have already booked again for next year.

What a beautiful view of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. The condo was perfect for a very relaxing stay at the beach. The home was clean and well supplied with everything we needed.
