The Condo is decorated with a modern Boho interior and it is ideal for couples or families.
Rising directly above Sandy Beach, this Luxury Ocean Front Resort is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.
This a 24 hour guarded gated Resort that includes a Spa , Bar, Restaurant, Gym, Pool Bar and convenience store.
This condo has been recently completely remodeled including brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures..
In the bedroom there is a Top of the line memory gel mattress for a restful night sleep and a 55 inch smart TVs with Alexa voice control.
The living room has a large sectional/sofa sleeper with a 65 inch smart TV and an Alexa echo show for music.
Come and enjoy the best Sunsets and find your new home away from home.
There is a pool bar and plenty of lounge chairs by the pool as well as tables .
As you step out to the beach, you will find Palapas and lots of lounge chairs.
Spa Services are also offered in the privacy of your condo when requested and depending on availability.

The property was beautiful and clean and the staff was friendly. The room we stayed in was amazing. Absolutely can't complain about anything. The view, the balcony, the semi private beach, all was fantastic. CeCe was beyond expectations when it came to communication and helping us with our questions, even things we didn't think about she did and told us. We will definitely stay there again and hopefully CeCe is still in charge. LOL. If I were to find a negative is that the resort itself had a little store and a restaurant, not counting the swim up bar. The restaurant was not great but wasn't the worst either. But that is not enough to keep us away. We're definitely coming back!

This was our first stay at this one bedroom condo. It was very clean and updated and the kitchen had everything you could need, including spices! My only complaint would be there needs to be more bath/hand towels. By the time I used one towel for my hair and one to dry off, there was not a towel for my husband. We would definitely come back to this unit when we are back in Rocky Point!

Ce ce, just to let you know, something is wrong with the door lock. After you gave me the new code it was still acting up. Sometimes it would not take the code, sometimes the blue light would be on, but the door was still locked. Hope this info helps. Beautiful home, Thanks, David

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exactly as described in the listing. The area is beautiful, with plenty of great restaurants and places to eat nearby. Cece was an amazing host and made everything easy and enjoyable. We tried 3 of 4 of her restaurant recommendations she sent us in her welcome package and they did not disappoint! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family!

The condo was amazing. Awesome views of the ocean and overlooking the pool. Perfectly decorated and had everything we needed. The property was very clean as was the beach. Great view and a perfect space for my husband and I. The host was very responsive and the check-in process was a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again. I wish there was more lighting going down to the beach. The walk way is very dark.

Rocky Point is a small, friendly Fishing town very close to the Arizona border making it easy to travel to.
I love to enjoy the calm, warm clear waters of the Sea of Cortez.
It is the perfect spot for outdoor activities such as Kayaking, Paddle boarding, scuba diving, fishing, golfing etc. with 350 sunny days a year average.
I love fresh seafood and Puerto Penasco is the best place for that.
