Lovely host, great location....

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and found ithe apartment spacous and very well equipped . The location was absolutely excellent, a few minutes walk from the Palais du Papes and all the restaurants and shops..Frèderique was an excellent host who made sure we had everything we needed.

Highly recommend!

This apartment was everything we were hoping for: comfortable, clean and close to attractions. Frédérique’s apartment is quiet, and we were easily able to walk to the castle, restaurants and shops, as well as walking from the train station to her place. We loved being able to shop at a nearby grocery store to pick up what we wanted to have for breakfast, and her kitchen had all we needed. Loved the little extras !

Lovely, spacious apartment

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The apartment is convenient to everything in Avignon. I walked miles every day around the city and beyond. The little boat that goes across the Rhône is close and super easy to get to trails to ride a bicycle or a walk. The owner is wonderful.

Lovely apartment in ideal location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It is in a very quiet part of the town with easy access to all the local facilities and sights. Frederique was very helpul throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending it.

Delightful apartment in Avignon

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The appliances work well, linens are generous as are dishes. The apartment is close to tourist venues but in a quiet neighbourhood. Our hostess, Frédérique was charming and gave us excellent advice for restaurants and day trips, and invaluable taxi assistance.

Convenient to sights

The apartment is spacious and equipped with ample dishes, utensils, and appliances for cooking. Frederique is friendly and helpful, giving us information about the area. We parked in the free lot Parking des Italiens and took the shuttle back to the old town. We enjoyed our stay in the unit.

Nous avons eu un sejour vraiment très agréable à l´appartement. Il est spacieux, lumineux et comfortable. Il est très bien situé dans le centre historique et à quelques pas du palais des papes et des musées principaux. Les meubles et la décoration sont choisis avec du goût et on se sent tout de suite à la maison. Nous aurions bien aimé prolonger un peu notre sejour dans l´appartement et nous espérons certainement y revenir lors de notre prochaine visite à Avignon ou en Provence!

Great location In the heart of a beautiful old city

This quaint fully loaded apartment was the perfect place to explore the old city of Avignon. The only consideration is parking nearby is very difficult. But then parking in Europe is generally difficult! There is free parking but it is about a mile from the apartment so if At least one person in your party loves the walk this is the perfect place for you. Saturday markets are lovely the stores are lovely and everyone including Federica was amazing and nice!

Wonderful Host

Frederique, the host, met us on check-in and went over all of the apartment's amenities. She gave us a city map and advice on local restaurants. She is simply one of the nicest people we have met in our travels. The bed was especially comfortable and everything was clean and in order. Just note that the location is a ways from the train station, so you will want to take a taxi.

Incredible location

Frederique was a fantastic host, met with us and provided plenty of suggestions for us to consider. The property was about 13 min walk from a hige free parking. Everything was within 20 mins walk inside the city walls, so no driving required! The property had everything needed for a long stay and comfortable stay, near bakeries, restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend to others!

Funktionale Einrichtung, gutes Bett und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Etwas mehr Stauraum für mehr Gepäck und Aufenthalte > 1 Woche wäre schön. Gute Lage zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Installation fonctionnelle, bon lit et tout le nécessaire était disponible. Un peu plus d’espace de rangement pour plus de bagages et des séjours > 1 semaine serait bien. Bon emplacement pour les restaurants et les commerces.

Dommage de ne pas nous avoir fait part du souhait d'avoir plus de rangement pour les bagages car nous aurions pu y remédier sans problème. Pour les effets personnels, il semble que les meubles, étagères et portant/penderie aient été suffisants car nous sommes à l'écoute des besoins de nos locataires français ou étrangers, surtout quand ils séjournent longtemps et ont besoin de plus de place.
