Layout: 4 large bedrooms with king size beds and bathroom and toilet, a small bedroom adjoining one of the large ones with a sofa bed 140, a large dormitory room with 5 single beds, a bed 140 and a sofa bed 140. Each bathroom is unique with interior design and personalized decoration.
A shared toilet (washbasin and WC), an entrance, modern fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils and crockery for 24 people, dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, 2 fridges and a small freezer. Ice maker provided
Small reading hall. Large dining room with table for 18 people. Large TV lounge with sofa for 10 people and fireplace.
First floor stone floors, 1st floor terracotta floors or parquet floors.
Outside, a large terrace under an arbour (reeds + wisteria + Banks' rose bush for summer shade) and a smaller one under awning with built barbecue and worktops. Gas plancha available.
Outdoor tables and furniture.
Swimming pool 10.5x4.5, depth 1.55m, with chlorine-free treatment, lighting, secured by electric shutter, on a grassy area without terrace, and a dozen deckchairs.
Small garden furniture set in a shady clearing in the hot season.
Shaded parking for about 4 cars. Possibility of closed garage for motorcycles and capacity to park 8 cars in total.
Table tennis, petanque balls, 4 adult bikes and 4 children's/teen bikes.
