Beautiful house for 10 Couples. 4 rooms with beds & a living area with 2 twin trundles. 3 full baths & a half bath on the 3rd floor with an outdoor patio/rooftop deck. Plenty of room to roam and hang out. It was such a comfortable stay - the perfect spot for our crew. It’s a short walk to the Gulch and a longer walk to Broadway. But Easy to get an Uber or Waymo. Had a fun time listening to live music and checking out sites. Highly recommend! Thanks Amanda.

Girls trip

The home was beautiful and the location was great. Quiet neighborhood and easy to catch an Uber to downtown Nashville. Good proximity to the Gulch for evening meals and breakfast.

The host was very responsive to any questions we had and when we wanted to extend our stay. The house was great!! Everything we needed for our vacation in Nashville! Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and all kitchen needs! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything !

Flawless experience. Ashley was great coordinating check in and check out with our group. Beautiful property with great amenities. Also can’t beat being close to down town.

Great location and perfect for a group

There were 7 of us and it was the perfect size. The beds and bedrooms are large. It was a seamless check-in and check-out. We would highly recommend people to stay here. We will 100% book it again

Great place for a group

We had four couples and this place had plenty of room for all of us. Place was clean and full of essentials. Short Uber ride to places. Would definitely look to book this place again with a group.

Great place to stay located in a great area.

We had an amazing time staying here in Nashville. The place was located in a great area. Quick uber trips from downtown, the Gulch, and 12 South. There was enough space for all of us girls with plenty of bathrooms. Rooftop had amazing views while we drank our coffee in the mornings.

Came into town with friends for the AC/DC concert! We enjoyed the convenient location and amenities, especially king beds in all four bedrooms. Great communication with Ashley! Thank you again!

Amazing Property!

High end luxury property for you and your friends to have a blast in Nashville (a 5-7 min Uber ride to Broadstreet, its possible to walk, but it would be a hike). Clean, ample space, and a great rooftop deck with views of the city. You will not be disappointed! Great place, A++++! Thanks again for a great time.

Owners of Property and Property are wonderful!

We had an amazing time at this property. First and foremost the owners were so accommodating and easy to speak with. They go above and beyond to make your stay easy. The house was beautiful and well kept. We had six adults and had plenty of room. Location is everything and we were right in the middle of all Nashville hot spots. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful Property Close to the Gulch!

This property is beautifully decorated with fun Nashville themed items and decor. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens around. There was plenty of room for 8-10 to comfortably hang out, sleep and eat. It was nice having a washer/dryer as well as a rooftop patio. It is a great location! We walked to the Gulch and it was only a short Uber/taxi to Broadway. Ashley was so accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with! We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay here again!!
