This is a very well set up property with plenty of privacy for each individual/couple. Remember to bring your own storage bags, garbage bags, coffee filters, etc, but that isn't unusual for VRBOs. The only other drawback was that the garage was right on the street and had no driveway. We had a trailer and were unable to park there, but there was plenty of parking on the adjacent cul-de-sac. I have made note of this property and will seek it out again next time we raft around Moab.

Nice Townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome is a nice, bright place to stay about 10 minutes south of town. We loved the large windows. Communication was good, and the place was clean. A few things need to be worked on. The coffee maker didn't work, and there weren't many place to hang towels in the upstairs bathroom. One of the upstairs beds was very noisy and make loud noises whenever weight shifted on it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was well appointed and comfortable overall. The host was also very flexible. Cleaning and the living room furniture could’ve been better and I saw roaches towards the end of my stay. I mostly worked from home and spent a lot of time there. If you’re in and out of the house, this is the perfect base.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet location with beautiful views. Communication was great through booking process, stay and check out. Mattresses were comfortable but bed frames were very low and loud whenever rolling over. The loveseats in the living room are old, have no support and very uncomfortable. Several drinking glasses and silverware were very dirty; only one towel and washcloth per guest as well as no body wash, shampoo/conditioner (this was listed in description) - felt like cost cutting corners throughout the condo

This was an excellent place for a home base while exploring Arches, Canyonlands, and Moab. The pool was very nice but a little confused as there was another one down the street. Porch was nice for sitting out on during breakfast. Kitchen was nicely equipped so we could make some of our own food instead of just eating out. Very nice rooms and plenty of blankets. Nice that they provided pool towels. Love having access to laundry. Perfect location!

Great spot just out of town with gorgeous views. The building was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The host gave easy instructions and we had no issues with our stay.

Seemed a little bare bones for a condo rental. Example, not a Kleenex tissue in the place, no bath mats, no foil, ziplocs or plastic wrap in the kitchen. Tons of kids at the pool, but parents there - loud but well behaved. Nice neighborhood. The garage was very convenient.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the neighborhood and found the garage convenient. We try to as provide as many extra amenities in the kitchen, but we do ask guests to bring items that they feel they will need during their stay such as baggies, tinfoil...etc. We hope you enjoyed Moab overall and hope to have you back again in the future!

This is a nice place in a cute complex. We found it to be well equipped and as advertised in every way. The kids loved the pool. It's a little further out of town than I would have guessed, so make sure to check the maps before booking.

March Moab Vacation

The stay was great. We were 2 weeks early to use the pool, but we still got the hot tub. Highly recommend.
