Our recently renovated condo is located on the third floor, in the third building away from busy South Kihei Road, offering a quiet environment for our guests. We have a peek-a-boo ocean view and an expansive view of the West Maui mountains.

Why Tara and Bruce Wells chose Kihei

We bought in Maui Vista for several reasons. We loved the amenities. With three pools, three sets of tennis courts and three barbeque areas, there's ample amenities for all guests, even in high season. Other complexes often share only one common amenity with several buildings.

We also love how well kept the grounds are. Lovely flowering hibiscus, oleander and plumeria abound the property. This is complemented with fan, coconut and date palms - a true tropical resort.

What makes this condo unique

Our home is very popular, as it is newly updated with a fun mix of tropical salsa and key lime. We are always keeping it current.

The kitchen is very well equipped, as Tara loves to cook. We like our comfort, so there are several types of beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler for your use.

We've had many comments from guests how comfortable our beds are. We felt good mattresses were a good investment for our comfort, as well as our guests' comfort.

Maui Vista, in general, is very quiet and cool, as the buildings are formed with concrete blocks.

We chose a garden view with a peak-a-boo view of the ocean, as the lanai on this side of the building is a much nicer temperature. We can sit comfortably on our lanai in the afternoon, where many facing west cannot, due to the intense heat.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this wonderful condo! It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything that you would need! The kitchen had high quality appliances, a washer and dryer and a great selection of cooking equipment. There were beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella. The location was also good! It was quiet and a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. There were some good restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was ideal, and property was nicely maintained. A very cozy place for 2.

The suite had all the amenities, we enjoyed being able to make our own meals, pack a picnic and do a little laundry. Suite did get a little warm in the master bedroom, but the fans helped. Overall a very nice property, and could use a few updates on the appliances. The parking is more than ample, it’s nice not having to search for something in an otherwise busy Kihei.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. I'm happy you had a good stay. My husband and I are currently in Maui. We came in right after you. Unfortunately, in the tropics, with the humidity, things deteriorate a bit quicker than they do on the mainland. We always aim to keep our condo in tip top shape. We installed a new slide in range last week and a new dishwasher is going in this week. A refrigerator will follow in December, as what we need is not available on island, Best regards Tara Wells

Outstanding Condo!

What a GREAT condo! It was nestled perfectly in the middle of everything Maui. Literally just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach or a quick 3-4 minute drive to some awesome restaurants near by. Tara and Bruce were awesome hosts! They provided more that we needed, the condo was well stocked with every amenity one could think of, and they also provided a super cool book with things to do on Maui from shopping to eating!

The condo was extremely quiet and everyone within the condo community were respectful and super friendly. Whenever we were just relaxing in the condo (morning, noon or night) it was as if no one else was around. The condo grounds were beautifully manicured and maintained with breathtaking flowers and trees native to the island.

If you're considering securing this amazing unit, just do it! You will not regret it at all! In addition Tara and Bruce are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. They deserve 5+ stars!

Cleaning Fee Upon Departure $90
Tax Rate 14.42%

Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. An additional fee may apply for more than 2 people staying.
$20 per night additional for fewer than 7 nights.

Once a guest confirms that they wish to rent our condo, a deposit of $225.00 will be taken in trust by Homeaway/VRBO.
The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required.

We do not require a damage deposit. However, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide credit card information to our property manager, as security for any potential damage or loss, during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: From date of booking to 30 days prior to arrival - full refund less $100 cancellation fee; 1-30 days prior to arrival, refund will depend on number of days accommodation is re-rented. If any part of the reservation falls under the dates of 12/20-1/5, a notice of 60 days in advance is required to cancel the reservation for a refund less $100 cancellation fee.
