Located in a tranquil triplex, Arhaus 2 is on the second floor for added privacy and a serene atmosphere. All utilities are included, and parking is plentiful: two cars can park at the back of the house and two on the driveway side. On-street parking is also available if needed; however, please note that street cleaning day is usually on Wednesday—do not park there or you will be ticketed.

Although the apartment sits in a peaceful residential neighborhood, you’ll have easy access to popular nearby bars—Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and more—within walking distance. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants close by, including the famous Red Peppers just a few blocks away, plus convenient essentials like gas stations. The welcoming feel of Arhaus 2 will help you feel right at home.

Public transportation is available, with a bus stop within about a minute’s walk. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are also available, and you can typically find one within five minutes—easy to reach from this location.

If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Before departure, please turn off all lights and make sure any dishes you used are cleaned. Kindly avoid leaving leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator; please dispose of it in the garbage.

For bedsheets and used towels, please remove only the bedsheets and place them, along with the dirty towels, in the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.

Welcome to **Arhaus 2**. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience for everyone, please observe the following rules:

**General Conduct**
Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and all house rules. Violations may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without a refund.

**Registered Guests**
Only registered guests are permitted to enter or stay overnight at the property. Please contact the host in advance if your guest count changes.

**Pets**
Pets are not permitted. Service animals will be accommodated in accordance with Airbnb’s policies and applicable laws. Please notify the host before arrival if you will be accompanied by a service animal.

**Parties and Events**
Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please contact the host in advance to discuss any special arrangements.

**Smoking, Vaping, and E-Cigarettes**
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests who smoke outside must remain a safe distance from the building and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

**Commercial Photography and Filming**
Commercial photography, filming, and professional content production require advance written approval from the host.

**Quiet Hours**
Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 6:00 AM**. Please keep noise levels low and be considerate of neighbors.

**Check-In**
Check-in begins at **3:00 PM**. Please contact the host in advance if you need special arrangements. Early check-in is subject to availability and must be approved.

**Checkout**
Checkout is by **11:00 AM**. Please leave the property on time so it can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. Return the key to the lockbox and securely close it before leaving.
