The Yuma Vacation House is a 55+ community located in the breathtaking Yuma Foothills. This spacious 3 bedroom home sleeps 5, has two full bathrooms, an office space, wireless internet, a well appointed kitchen and a beautiful sheltered outdoor dining and recreation space and is within walking distance to the grocery store and local restaurants. The air conditioning is excellent. We just remodeled the place and look forward to hosting you and your friends for a warm get-a-way. This beautiful Foothills home has special accommodations for those that are mobility challenged; including and entry ramp, wheelchair and hospital bed.

Wonderful spot in the Yuma Foothills

Our time went too fast - quiet, homey and comfortable- loved the recliner sofas and the comfortable beds and spacious kitchen- outside seating is great too - hope to return someday

Great Location Reasonably priced

A great Yuma location. Very comfortable with all the needed necessities available! Great TV with good internet access. If we need a place to stay in Yuma again, we would definitely return here !!

We were in Yuma for my husbands radiation treatment and I’m so glad we found this home. Very comfortable for an elderly couple. Loved the recliners..they were a life saver. Comfortable home with all amenities. Lots of restaurants and store within minutes. Thanks Kelly you’re a gem!!

Made our holiday!

We loved this house! We stayed for a month everything we needed was supplied. Very spacious, cozy and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with coffee or wine. Would definitely rent again!

Nice rental

The property was as promised. We enjoyed our month long stay. Our only problem was the neighbor who would constantly make comments when she saw us outside and those comments were very negative with a lot of cursing involved.

This property is conveniently located near shopping and access to the Interstate in the foothills. Nice quiet neighbourhood and spacious park model home. Very clean.

Pool/hot tub

Had no idea where the community pool/hot tub was so we could use it. There should be directions in the book for those who would like to use the facilities. Great place. Quite neighbors.

Effortless check-in for first-time guests. The advertised photos did not adequately depict the spaciousness of the rooms. Numerous amenities are available. Overall, this property is excellent and clean. AC unit efficiency during this season was excellent. Highly recommended.

Home away from home

A perfect location with a great view, close to all the amenities within walking distances like Fry’s, happy hour at Applebees as well fast food options if you are in a rush. A large yard for a dog to run as well as shaded car ports for parking and sitting under when the sun is to hot. The home was a perfect size that wasn’t lacking room anywhere, it had everything that we needed including great TV with good internet service. The home is located in a great 55 plus community with it’s own clubhouse with a pool, hot tub etc. We give it a thumbs up and would definitely stay here again

Great property at an affordable price

Easy check-in for first time users. The photos in the ad didn't do justice to the spacious size of the rooms. We were able to spread out and do our own thing when needed. Too many amenities to mention them all. Overall, a great property, clean, convenient to shopping and entertainment, in a nice neighborhood. Would reccomend this property to all...

Just what we needed

This is an awesome VRBO. We had a medical emergency with one of our family members and was admitted to Yuma hospital. We were able to extend our stay. This was perfect for our needs. It a comfortable base to do what we needed.

The perfect family spot

The home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. There is fast food and stores conveniently located nearby. The home is very clean and lots of open space. I particularly love the kitchen which has an island and all the kitchen essentials needed to prepare a nice family meal. I will definitely recommend to stay at this quiet and quaint home. (In which I, myself will definitely return for another visit. Thank you.

Excellent Property

I stay frequently at VRBO properties for business. I find this option superior to the hotel experience and in most cases more economical. This property was the best by far. Very comfortable in every aspect. Quiet neighborhood centrally located. Full range of TV options without having to use passwords. Also loved the electric recliner. The bed in the master was very comfortable and I oved the large walk in shower.I loved it and will return when back in the Yuma area.
