Bright and tastefully furnished with a significant nature reserve steps away. This charming flat is close to many of Paris' top attractions and can be easily accessed via the Metro.

Fitted with a plush sofa bed and a small dining area for 2, the living room is perfect for relaxing and watching TV after spending a long day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery you'll need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The main bedroom features a heavenly king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests have a splendid rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your safety.

Please note: A previous water leak from the upstairs unit caused a stain on the ceiling between the bedroom and the bathroom. The source of the issue has been fully resolved, but the stain remains visible.

The 16th arrondissement is known for its luxurious buildings with Haussmann-style architecture and magnificent gardens. Due to many embassies, it is one of the most secure districts.

The district also offers an impressive choice of museums. If you are an art lover, you can visit the Louis Vuitton Foundation, the Museum of Modern Art, the Marmottan Monet Museum and the Palais de Tokyo.

Visit the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Palais Galliera for fashion enthusiasts. Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone with the Parc des Princes stadium, the Longchamp racecourse and Roland Garros. As for fashion lovers, they will find their happiness along the famous shopping street of Passy. If you want a good time with your family, go to the Aquarium de Paris.

For a moment of relaxation, take a walk in one of the capital's "lungs", the Bois de Boulogne.

Finally, head to the Trocadéro esplanade to enjoy the panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation; the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Avenue Henri-Martin(RER lines) - just 8 mins away on foot. La Muette (line 9) station is also just 10 mins away. From both stations, you can go to various places within the outskirts or centre of Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.

Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
