The front door of this 72 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.
The living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a large television.
The dining area features a large table that can seat up to four guests. It opens onto a balcony with an unobstructed view of Sacré-Coeur, Montmartre.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and more.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) carefully made with hotel-quality linens.
The second bedroom has a pull-out bed (with two fold-out single beds) carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A closet allows you to store your belongings so you can feel at home.
The bathroom is spacious. It has a sink, mirror, and shower. A washing machine is also available. The toilet is separate.
A reserved parking space is available in the building (max. height 1.90 m).
You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.
All you have to do is enjoy yourself!

The neighbourhood is also bustling with traditional markets, multicultural restaurants and friendly cafés, where you can sample a wide variety of cuisines.
Thanks to public transport (metro, RER, tram and bus), you can reach the centre of Paris in just a few minutes, making it the perfect base for exploring the capital while enjoying a more authentic and accessible setting.
The property is easily accessible by public transport.
The nearest bus station is Stade de France (line D), which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
The nearest metro station is Saint Denis - Pleyel (line 14), which is a 12-minute walk from the apartment.
Charles de Gaulle Airport is about a 40-minute drive away.
This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
