: Although we didn’t meet in person – the new trend – access to the flat was explained in detail with step-by-step photos, right down to the parking space in the garage. Everything was provided and the flat is comfortable and clean. The glasses in the cupboard could do with a good clean, though. I don’t think they’ve been used for ages. In summer, I imagine it can get terribly hot in the kitchen with all its large windows.

Hello Marc, Thank you for your thoughtful review and for choosing to stay with us. We’re glad you found the detailed access instructions and found the flat comfortable and clean. We apologize for the oversight with the glasses and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Our team has already addressed this to ensure a better experience for future guests. Regarding the kitchen, we understand your concern about the potential heat during summer. While the current setup may not be ideal, we are considering options to improve the comfort of the space for warmer months. We hope to welcome you back for an even better stay. Best regards, GuestReady Group Team

Sehr schönes Apartment in leider eher drittklassiger Lage. Hervorragend für kurze Aufenthalte aber k

Very nice flat in a rather third-rate location, unfortunately. Excellent for short stays but not for longer holidays: very cosy, everything clean, modern furnishings. The area is currently undergoing a process of gentrification, with very modern and beautiful buildings on one side of the street and very run-down and neglected buildings and alleys on the other. Some of the furnishings show clear signs of wear and damage, the toilet seat is loose, and the floor is worn. View of a large railway junction, not a minute goes by without seeing at least one train passing by somewhere, fortunately there is good sound insulation.

Thank you, Henry, for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear you found the flat cosy and the furnishings modern, but we're sorry the location didn’t completely meet your expectations. The neighborhood is indeed changing, and we hope future developments enhance the overall appeal for guests. Regarding the furnishings and maintenance concerns, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. The wear and damage are noted, and the loose toilet seat is currently being addressed. We take your feedback seriously and aim to enhance the comfort of our space for future stays. We hope to welcome you again with improvements in place. GuestReady Group Team
