Great beach house rental only 3 blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood in Hermosa Beach. We really loved the kitchen and front yard. Our brown Labrador really loved the air conditioning, park, and the beach and pier area. We shall be back as it was a great place to experience the South Bay.

Great central location with ocean breezes surrounded by a wonderful community…Kids playing, neighbors that say hello. It was easy walk to the beach and street parking was not a problem.

This house was perfect for our needs. After 6 days in the road it was the perfect resting spot for a couple of days before heading back out on the road. Loved the backyard that had butterflies in the morning and the proximity to the beach was also amazing.

The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and walk to both piers. We also really appreciated that the home was pet friendly, it made traveling with our dog so much easier. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cozy house with nice exterior areas on a fantastic block in Hermosa. Short walk to a great section of the beach half way between Hermosa and Manhattan piers. Lots to explore all around and we would stay there again.

Amazing location just a short walk down to the beach. Our kiddos loved the walkway with basketball hoop and tetherball. It was super safe for the kids and we were able to enjoy wine in the front while the kiddos played. Parking is on the street and we were a little concerned about finding a spot but we were always able to find a spot close by. Kitchen and bathroom are pretty tight/small but they worked and with the location we really couldn’t complain. Beautiful homes all around and the neighborhood was quiet. Thanks for a great stay!

Air conditioning was big for us with an infant. Spacious family room and dining area. Small kitchen and decent sized rooms but you aren’t there to spend time in those areas so we don’t care. House does need a little TLC and some professional indoor painting but it’s older and has its charm. We didn’t have any neighbors in the unit behind us. Worried us that some of the shared outdoor space was right against the large master window. The little grass out front was also a great place though to unwind from the beach. A quiet community and perfect place to get away. Beach is a 5 minute walk, if that, crossing a few streets, none that I would call “main” streets. Made walking down to the beach easy. Would definitely stay again. Manhattan Beach is so clean and truly beautiful.

LOVED this home away from home!!

This was an awesome place to go and relax when not at work. It truly felt like my home away from home! It had very comfortable beds, a lovely neighborhood, and a very clean, well kept layout!! I can't wait to stay in another one of her properties in January!!!

Perfect for my kids!

If we weren't at the beach which was just a few blocks down from the house, we were playing on the walk street or in the courtyard. Had a blast. The location is hard to beat :-)

Hermosa Beach

This is a nice unit, it is a little small but was perfect for two people. There is no air conditioning. It was a little warm during the day when temperatures were near 80°. The evenings were fine. The location is spectacular. It is a short walk to the beach. It’s an easy commute into town. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. There is no dedicated parking and for the most part that was not a problem as we were often able to find a spot within a couple of blocks, but something to be aware of. Overall, this is a cute unit with a great location.
