Wonderful place in a great location

My daughter and her roommate stayed here for about 3 months and had everything they needed. The property manager (Emily) was wonderful and met all needs.

Perfect Libertyville Location

We chose this property for its location and it truly did not disappoint! We walked the neighborhood and the bike path with the dog every day, and into downtown many times during the week. We stayed a month and found that every time we had a glitch of some kind, Emily was extremely timely in her response and resolution. We really appreciated her attentiveness to us and her commitment to making sure we were happy and comfortable.

Comfortable stay!

The apartment has comfortable two bedrooms, a great kitchen and relaxing living room space. We needed a transition "home" as we waited to close on our new house and this was place worked great. It included an awesome screened porch which we hung out in and had our meals at quite often. The parking in the back is tight but the owner is very accommodating if you need to park a larger car/truck. Also, being close to downtown Libertyville is such a perk to be able to walk to dinner or go out for an ice cream. Behind the apartment is a the Libertyville walk/bike path which is super convenient. Overall, great place!

Good location

This apartment is in a good location. Close to many north suburbs. The pictures clearly show what the unit looks like. Two things to know, the laundry is not in the apartment (which is what we thought) but is in the basement. Easily accessible though. Also the air conditioner is window units and not central air. Overall nice unit and very comfortable for a family of 5.
