良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
I enjoyed my time in the area, but unfortunately the apartment itself had several issues that made it difficult to stay for the full reservation. There was frequent dog barking, a strong odor in the apartment and hallway, mice seen on the balcony, very low water pressure, and little to no hot water.I did communicate these concerns with the owner and ultimately decided to leave early and stay at a hotel because the issues were affecting my ability to comfortably rest and enjoy the apartment.I hope the owner is able to address these problems, as the location has potential and future guests would benefit from having these issues resolved. I appreciate Diana’s communication and wish her the best.
