You have direct access to the outdoor area via the air-conditioned and heated bedrooms and the living room. The living and dining room is modern and comfortably furnished. Large corner couch, flat screen TV with satellite reception, WiFi and music system with iPod connector also invite you to linger here. Their large, cozy dining table, for up to six people, also enables a cozy get-together in the apartment. From here you have a hatch in the elegant new kitchen, where you will love to prepare dishes. Equipped with: 3-burner gas stove; Oven; Microwave; Dishwasher; Fridge / freezer combination; Coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dryer in a separate room. No wishes remain unfulfilled here either.
A perfectly furnished dream apartment is waiting for you. You will find everything for your comfort. Two large terraces, with southern exposure, offer you the right choice - each 30m² sunny or covered are waiting for you. Linger on the sun loungers, relax in the comfortable lounge furniture or enjoy your meals with a good glass of wine at sunset - the choice is yours!
