Great Experience!

This condo was just perfect for us. We enjoyed the screened in porch every morning. It was centrally located for all we wanted to do. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The host was good about answering any questions that we had. We would book this property again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property.It was very clean and all our needs were supplied . This is not really a complaint, but it would have been nice to have the master bathroom open from the bedroom. As it was, you have to step out into the hallway and then to the bathroom door. The apartment manager, Diane, was great!

Beautiful immaculate and all amenities for a comfortable stay! Noah and Diana were so nice and were very responsive to our needs! Hotel quality bedding makes you want to sleep in! Perfect!!

Not what it seems

Good beds & linens, Good A/C, Generous supply of TP, Nice Grohe shower heads, Good lighting ,Quiet neighborhood, Ample parking. All windows in the condo are sealed shut. A water heater issue was addressed by the owner in a timely manner. Oven/stove needs to be replaced panel is falling off. Oven didn’t work owner offered to replace but didn’t want servicemen working during my stay. The sofa on the VRBO website is a beautiful white leather sofa. The sofa in the unit is a gray cloth sofa full of stains & then larger spots on top of the stains from cleaners trying to remove the stains. In order to use the sofa we had to put a sheet over it. The bed frame in the front room is not what’s pictured on the VRBO website & neither is the dining room table. The Washing Machine is EXTREMELY loud. No talking or watching TV while the washing machine is on. It ruined 2 loads of clothes, turning them gray. Bath tub sliding door does not have a bottom track so the door slides precariously from the top track & could cause serious damage to someone - so we didn’t use the tub/shower. A note was left on the door that an exterminator sprayed but it did not fix the problem. The condo has fruit flies & I found 2 clothes moths. A door adjacent to the front door of the condo is a meter room. This should be disclosed in the description. Meters give off EMF’s and are unhealthy. I don’t mind an older place but it has to be properly functioning. You cannot post false pictures on the VRBO website

Excellent vacation

My husband, two sons, and I rented this condo for about a month and it was just perfect. It was spacious, clean, and the location was really convenient to everything we could want. We had excellent communication with the owners as well. My boys did not want to leave :)

Great location

My family and I were in transition from one house to another and we stayed here for almost a month. It is a great place and I would highly recommend it. The location was wonderful as well!!!
