Recently renovated 1B/1B unit in1800s Queen Anne style house in the center of Provincetown, with PRIVATE entrance and 2 FREE parking spots for guests. Totally Privacy between the living area and the bedroom! Easy 5-minute walk to ferries and one minute walk to the center of town with many restaurants, shops and spas. Great deli store across the street from the house for wonderful breakfast and more! Shuttle bus also across the street, will take you to the famous beaches. The unit has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold out queen size bed in the living area, for a maximum of 4 people. The unit has occupant-controlled air conditioning and heating. The kitchenette includes a full supply of kitchen utensil, with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hotplate and Keurig coffee machine.
The property sits behind the town library on a quiet street. The living area overlooks a beautiful garden with flower beds and a gazebo. PETS are not allowed in the house.

Fantastic visit

Loved this place! Just one block from Commercial Street and all the action. Could not have asked for a better location for our visit to Provincetown. Andres the host lives in the adjoining house and was friendly during our stay.

Rejuvenating Stay

Exactly as described. Didn’t expect such a lovely landscaped yard and large outdoor sitting area. Very spacious kitchen. Mattress of medium firmness. Parking and location to town just perfect. Andre helpful and friendly.

The Perfect Place to Stay

Cozy stay.

Very easy location that was close to everything that we needed. While the West and East end neighborhoods may be a little quieter at night, they cannot make up for the perfect location close to shops and restaurants. The location was very clean, they take great pride in the property with daily maintenance to the beautiful yard.The owners also communicated very quickly.

What a gem

We only stayed one night, but sad it wasn’t longer after seeing the place. Because of the short stay I can’t speak to anything one might use for a longer stay, such as the kitchen. But the house was very clean, super cute, and in such a great location. Some friends stopped by for a few and were so impressed they already decided next time they are in town they will be booking this place if available. It was perfect and the owners were super communicative. Thank you both!

Perfect Location, so relaxing!

This little apartment is off of the main home. There's a nice parking area for our car and the bikes we rented. The porch/deck off of the apartment is stunning and so is the entire yard. The apartment was perfect. It had a cute little separate living room with a comfy couch and TV, kitchen, full bathroom, and the bedroom was beautiful, comfy and nicely decorated. The location was a perfect short walk to the very hopping Commercial street. We rented bikes at the shop that was across the street from the apartment. It was just a perfect spot and a great time. The home owners were gracious and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

My recent stay at this VRBO was nothing short of fantastic. The home was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect. The private garden and patio was beautifully landscaped and offered a comfortable space for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Communication with the host was great, entry and check out instructions were clear, and parking is included. This property is a gem, and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful property

Andres and Bill’s rental space is beautiful. Very well kept and plenty of indoor outdoor space with private parking! The space is all updated and very well maintained. The treat is when you spend time in the Garden at night!!

Loved our stay

Wonderful stay! Place is very clean and as advertised. Check in was a breeze and Andre allowed us to store our luggage after and before our ferry back to Boston. Would highly recommend!! Loved it there.

Really nice place, awesome location. I could see that they were very responsive to messages (my Vrbo inbox wasn’t always letting me in, so sadly I was less quick). I appreciate them letting my car stay a bit after checkout.

Perfect place for a couple to experience P-Town!

The unit was immaculate. Plenty of space for a couple to spread out. The sunroom was awesome, overlooking the gorgeous yard/garden! One block up from Commercial Street. So many options for shops/ restaurants/ shows. We walked everywhere, except the National Seashore beaches. Thank you Andre and Bill for sharing a piece of your beautiful home with us!

The property was great, easy to find when arriving, the check in was simple, plenty of parking. The unit was very clean. The grounds were beautiful, easy walking distance to everything around. Perfect in every way

Andres is a great host, attentive right there if you need anything, but also gives you privacy to enjoy the property. The location is perfect, just a short walk to commercial street and all it has to offer. The apartment is clean and comfy, the bed is so comfortable, it’s like a home away from home . I can’t wait to go back 😊
