This apartment is perfect-great location, super clean, had everything we needed. Beach view from the deck was just amazing. Del Mar was super attentive throughout our planning and our stay. We are already looking forward to renting this unit again next year.

This place was perfect for us - from the view, to the nice and clean space, comfortable beds, little extras not in the listing, easy access to the beach, and access to P town. Wed def stay there again!

A perfect summer getaway

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed to take in the views and fresh air, cook meals, and enjoy everything that PTown has to offer. The hosts were helpful and communicative - we can't wait to stay here again!

The property was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. Modern and well appointed kitchen. Open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room allowed us to enjoy the water views while we were inside. The porch was great and provided a peaceful space to enjoy breakfast and lunch. Great property and location. Close to center of town but quiet and private. Beach was just down the staircase so we could begin and end the day with a walk by the water.

The property is the best I’ve stayed in. Perfect location, updated and spacious with outdoor deck and beautiful ocean view. Pam was extremely helpful on recommendations for things to see and visit! Highly recommend!!!

What a gem!

Lovely spot, great apartment, exceptional locale ...close to downtown by walk but ery quiet. Nearby was a lovely little grocery store where we got coffee every morning. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view and excellent location. We loved everything except one thing. The mattress in the small bedroom on the one side was slanted and you rolled to the middle. Was very hard to sleep on. We want to return next year and hopefully that is replaced. Other than that, everything was great!

The Perfect Spot in Ptown

We Stayed 2 weeks in this fantastic condo in the middle of Commercial Street in Provincetown. Walk to everything..... the restaurants, the shows, the people. The beach is right outside the back door. Pam & Lyn were Excellent Hosts. Didn't really need anything from them. Everything was there. Had an amazing time Thank you

Comfy condo in excellent location with awesome view!

The condo was roomy for Ptown but cozy, with an excellent view and easy beach access, convenient to downtown. The beds are SUPER comfy - cannot say enough how much this matters and is often overlooked! Pam responded quickly to address a couple of questions. Street parking was easy to find within a short walking distance, even on Memorial Day weekend. We were here by ourselves (one couple) for a few days, then were joined by another couple. The space was perfect for 2 or for 4, and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot

Everything was wonderful. The place was so comfortable and warm. The view from the deck and direct beach access was perfect, just what we needed. We loved everything about the place, especially the location. It was perfect. Close to everything yet not noisy at all. We slept so well while there. The host was always quick to answer any of our questions and offer great suggestions. Highly recommend this apt. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you for a great week. Great location and accommodation

We enjoyed our stay here with some reservations. The accommodation was great and facilities too. Very close to the town. There was construction either side of the property which made it very noisy. The blinds in the bedroom hardly stopped any light coming in so we had to sleep with masks on otherwise it was like daylight. On removing the bedding at the end of our stay the mattress was filthy. Parking on the road was easy. It may be difficult at other times of the year. It was great being so close to the town and sea.

The house, location and site directly on the beach were great! The upstairs neighbor needs to buy rugs to cut down on their noise.

Spectacular location and place

Right off of downtown Provincetown, this complex is directly on the bay, steps from local restaurants, galleries and stores. My family and I want to come back for the following year. A must experience!

great location in a lively beach town

The beach is directly in front of the property, so it could not be more convenient. The beach is a little narrow, but it is sufficient for sunbathing. The property sits on the main street of town, very close to restaurants and galleries. The condo is very modern and comfortable, and it has a nice deck overlooking the beach. Well equiped. There was a dedicated parking spot, but it is a bit of a walk if you want to drive frequently. Since we walked everywhere we wanted to go, it wasn't a problem for us.

Comfortable and convenient spot

Location is great! Walking distance to everything, but far enough away from the center of town that you don’t have to worry about crowds or noise. Internet was fast (enough for multiple people to work / take zoom calls) and kitchen has everything you need to cook just about any meal. Would definitely stay again!
