Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 60 m² flat for rent. Located on the ground floor, this flat can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Fully equipped, it has all the comforts you'll need : Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels provided, bedrooms with double beds and pull-out beds, fully-equipped kitchen and storage space. Just a stone's throw from all amenities, you'll be ideally placed!

Please note: work is currently underway on the building’s roof. The façade is presently covered with protective sheeting, and this is expected to remain in place until around mid-March 2026.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Pleasant and tastefully decorated living room with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table with 4 chairs
- Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Two Double room with bed 140x190
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and hair dryer
- Separate toilet

Neighborhood :

Very central, quiet and pleasant neighborhood, located Quai de Tounis. Close to shops and very well served by public transport, the apartment is ideal for a professional or leisure stay.

Transportation :

Bus lines nearby: Line 44 stop: Quai de Tounis or line 4 stop: Pont Neuf and the metro station ("Esquirol" line A) at 5 min walk.

Other remarks:

- Bed linen and towels provided.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is included.

L'île aux Tounis "We loved this great apartment in a central location, with plenty to see and do in the local area. 🙂 Very helpful and friendly member of agency staff met us on arrival, and was able to offer plenty of suggestions as to the local area. Well equipped apartment, with everything you need for a holiday, including large fridge freezer. Fantastic location, within easy walking distance of plenty of great bars and restaurants. Undergound and buses very convenient."

Toulouse is a busy vibrant city and a central location is a bit noisy at night I don’t think this is a problem with this flat, just the result of a central location in a city that likes to party."

Kitchen had good cooking facilities. 🙁 We were advised there would be a double and twin bedding and when we arrived firstly the lady was late to meet us and then advised us that the beds were broken and had to be 2 doubles. We advised that this was not what we had booked and the answer was ‘too bad, nothing we can do’ & from all parties. Anyone we spoke with was rude."

Sheets were not changed once during our six day stay. Person greeting us with the keys was not on time. It appears that the company that manages this apartment is not doing its work ."

L'île aux Tounis "Great place to stay, very comfortable and nice location with all the needed amenities. 🙂 ALthough it is on the first floor with the living room windows facing the main street, there was little noise. It is important to shut the shutters from the outside for privacy since people do walk by as well. The view to the river is gorgeous, and the parking garage was about a 12 minute walk, although pricey. The kitchen was well stocked, and the coffee pods were very much appreciated!! There is a super market just around the corner as well (2 blocks). 🙁 In the second bedroom, there are some shelves on the wall that stick out too much if you are using it as a double bed, and can be a hazzard."

L'île aux Tounis "We were messaged by Mohand upon arrival in Toulouse, the message contained all the information needed to find the apartment, wifi, checking out etc. Mohand checked in with us to see what time would be best (from 4pm) but did offer an earlier check in. We met outside the apartment to receive the keys. Mohand is super enthusiastic and friendly - as well as efficient. It was clear he was also checking the apartment had been cleaned to his standards & everything was in place. The linen was beautifully crisp, clean tea towels and pods for the coffee machine were a lovely touch. The apartment itself is in a great location a short walk from the Capitol centre. Being on the river made it easy to find and meant it was peaceful at night. There is a gorgeous pontoon bar on the river bank near the apartment too. Inside it is bright, spacious and spotless. Two decent bedrooms, a fab shower with separate toilet and a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms have ceiling fans which were needed."

La cocina está muy bien y equipada 🙁 Las camas son muuy pequeñas e incómodas, sobre todo la de la habitación doble. Mala calidad de la estructura de la cama que estaba rota. Fuimos compensados por ello, lo cual agradecemos. Sufrimos mucho calor, el alojamiento no tiene aire y nos tocaron días muy calurosos. Al abrir las ventanas x la noche había mucho ruido de la calle. Ventiladores solo en las habitaciones, en el salón debería haber uno también. Toda la tarde pega el sol y es un horno."

Quartier assez animé en soirée sur les quais, commerces, métro à proximité. 🙁 Quelques détails: Pas de verres à eau dans la cuisine, ce n'était pas très pratique pour les enfants ; les fenêtres en rez-de-chaussée : difficile de fermer les volets sur la rue. La porte du frigo ferme mal. Literie un peu ferme, canapé absolument inconfortable!"
