Great apartment close to everything

Amazing location. Well appointed apartment. Comfortable for 3 friends staying together. Loft room has very steep stairs so may not be the right choice for those with a disability. Room on main floor very nice.

Lovely and convenient

Although it is challenging driving thru the city center where the apartment is located, once you arrive, it is a lovely apartment in a great location. You can walk to many restaurants and shops, as well as many of the landmarks, churches, museums, and other sightseeing locations. Having A/C in the bedrooms and living room was wonderful. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would definitely recommend!

perfect apartment

Our family spent 8 weeks in this lovely apartment, and we were delighted with our choice. The apartment is beautifully decorated, but also very practical. We enjoyed having a loft bedroom for the kids (3 beds) in addition to a master bedroom, and both bedrooms were air conditioned. The windows are wonderful, and the apartment was absolutely quiet at night. (Due to the air conditioning, we were able to shut the windows at night, and there was no noise) The study was perfect for homework, or work, and was both comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a 2 month stay. The dishwasher, oven, and stove all worked perfectly. The location of this apartment was ideal, just a few blocks from the Capitole, and also right around the corner from St George Place, where we often went for dinner, ice creams, and which also has several patisseries, cafes, and even a playground. Our hosts, Georges and Marie Hélène, were generous and helpful. They met us as we arrived, and gave us a helpful tour of the apartment. Everything worked perfectly, but on the rare occasions we had a question or needed assistance, they were available immediately and were very helpful. Also of note, it was great to have an elevator (also air conditioned). The grocery store was two blocks away, which was very convenient. I also very much enjoyed playing their beautiful piano. We will definitely stay withGeorges and Marie Hélène on our next trip to Toulouse.

Great apartment in a great city

We rented the apartment for four nights and wish that we had stayed longer! Toulouse is a wonderful city and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. We were able to walk everywhere including the covered daily market. The apartment itself was perfect for the two of us (we did not use the upstairs bedroom). The kitchen is a cook's kitchen - - knives that are sharp!, good pots and pans, lots of dishes and glasses, a stove that heats up quickly, etc. The rest of the apartment was better than fine - - comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure, comfortable sofa in the living room, etc. I should also mention the artwork. Several different styles of painting mixed together that work remarkedly well - - I wish that I had that ability! Loved looking at them! So, all in all, a very successful stay.

Wonderful apartment!

This place is actually better than the photos. Art work, MAJOR space, top floor, all the necessary amenities you could ask for. And, completely centrally located. Literally steps from everything. We loved our stay here!

Perfect apartment in the center of Toulouse

We have loved staying in this apartment. The owners are very kind and responsive and the condition of the apartment is perfect, including the artwork and books everywhere. The kitchen is outfitted will almost all you need for regular cooking and some experimenting, as well. And there is a small study that allows for working while others are in the living room. The beds are comfortable and despite the single bathroom, the separate toilet makes sharing even with an 18-year-old in the mix quite doable. The location could not be better. And despite some noise in the street at night, closing the windows blocks it completely and there is air conditioning, if need be. The elevator and location to lock up bikes makes getting in an out very easy and convenient. There is also good food shopping - from traditional markets to 24h mini-grocery stores close by. And the museums, cathedrals, and beautiful architecture are right outside the door. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Très bon séjour à Toulouse

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans l'appartement de chez Georges et Marie Hélène Clamagirand. Ils vous accueillent chaleureusement et vous expliquent tout dans les détails. L'appartement est vraiment conforme à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. Il ne manque vraiment rien. La literie est impeccable. L'appartement est situé dans l'hyper centre. La rue / quartier est un peu animé, mais il y a des doubles vitrages et la climatisation. La chambre supérieure est idéale pour les enfants. L'immeuble est bien sécurisé, porte d'entrée accessible via un code ou badge, ascenseur accessible avec un badge. De part sa situation, tout peut se faire à pied.Il y a des restos tout près, la place du Capitole est tout près également. A recommander sans autre, nous gardons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Un appartement très confortable avec une cuisine vraiment très bien équipé. Au deuxième, les enfants avais une espace pour jouer à l'écart des grand. Bon emplacement avec un Monoprix a deux pas et la place du Capitole juste un peu plus loin. Propre. Débordent d'excentrisme et de livres. A very comfortable appartment with a truly very well stocked kitchen. The split level offers kids a great place to play away from their parents. Well located. There is a monoprix grocery store a 100 m away and the "Place du Capitol" is just a little farther. Clean. Overflowing with character et books. Sehr bequeme Ferienwohnung mit ein top ausgerüstete Küche. Oben auf dem Dachgeschoß können die Kinder weg von ihre Eltern gern spielen. Sehr gute lage nur 100 m enfernt von Monoprix und "Place du Capitol" liegt nur ein bischen weiter weg. Sauber. Charaktervoll und hat auch eine guter auswahl von Bücher.

dans cet appartement idéalement situé en plein centre de Toulouse très proche du métro. L'appartement est très clair, spacieux, calme et très bien agencé. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans ce bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'originalité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux.

A great apartment!

My family’s stay in Toulouse was a part I of a 3 weeks long holiday in France. This apartment was fantastic, very clean, very well equipped, centrally located, with modern AC units in each bedroom and the living room. We had access to many TV channels and free long distance calls. There is a supermarket right down the street and a great playground for kids within 5 min walking distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and it was a pleasure making a meal there. You will need to walk up couple levels of steps to get to the apartment but we were told that the elevator will be installed in couple months. There are several parking lots around this location. We parked in the Capitol (which was sometimes difficult to get to since the city of Toulouse is undergoing some serious renovation in many areas and the streets are blocked which was not recognized by the GPS). So, if you need parking I would recommend staying on Rue de Metz instead (at least until the renovations are done). We enjoyed our stay in Toulouse. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment.

Appartement central, spacieux et agréable

En plein cœur de la ville, près des boutiques et de la Place du Capitole. Certes parfois un peu bruyant la nuit mais l'appartement est si confortable, spacieux et les proprio aux petits soins. Le seul hic, l'appartement est au 5ième étage et l'immeuble n'a pas d'ascenseur, il faut donc parfois s'armer de courage pour faire la montée, surtout avec les bagages.

"J ai loue cet appartement pour des amis a moi qui venaient sur Toulouse. C est un tres bel appartement parfaitement equipe ou il ne manque rien. L appartement est egalement tres confortable ( ce qui est tres agreable apres une journee de marche et de visite dans la ville). Il est idealement situe au coeur de Toulouse ( Monument, transport en commun a proximite immediate). Mes amis garderons un excellent souvenir de ce sejour. Ils etaient ravis et reviendront avec plaisir dotant que les proprietaires sont adorables. Je recommande cet appartement."

"appartement propre, rien ne manque, la cuisine est parfaite et charmante. séjour plus vaste qu''on ne le pensait... rue cependant bruyante car il y a un club dans la rue, impossibilité de fermer les fenetres à cause de la chaleur, la climatisation prévue en septembre devrait tout arranger (indispensable aussi dans la chambre sous les toits en été. Idéalement situé en plein centre, a côté du monoprix (se faire livrer car beaucoup d'' escaliers, l''appartement est plustot à un 4ème étage qu''un troisième car demi-niveaux.)Peu d''ascenseur à toulouse."

"La climatisation est installée depuis le 3 Septembre.Ce qui par temps de canicule donne un plus grand confort à l'appartement d'autant que toutes les fenêtres sont insonorisées. Toulouse est une ville très bruyante la nuit et cela dans tout l'hyper centre ville. Mais avec les doubles fenêtres + la climatisation l'appartement est aujourd'hui redevenu parfaitement calme même par temps de canicule!!! De plus l'appartement est situé au 3ème étage mais d'un immeuble ancien qui comporte de très hauts plafonds? et cela vaut la peine de faire un peu d'exercice pour avoir de hauts plafonds, de grandes fenêtres donc un appartement inondé de lumière et surtout pas de vis à vis en plein centre ville ( vue sur les toits."

"This Toulouse apartment is just as pictured and described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is comfortable and has all features for a family to enjoy. The location is central to shopping, great restaurants and historical sites to appeal to many. Everyone associated with the rental was friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that there was no elevator. Everything else was near perfect."
