Best sunset view on the bay in Brigantine

This second floor property has a great view of the Bay and is only minutes away from Atlantic City and the beach! Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the back deck where there is a gas fireplace or the sunrise from the front deck. Yes, even though this is a second floor unit you have access to the boat dock, grass area downstairs and there is plenty of parking. You can see water from almost every window in the house! The unit has everything you may need for your stay including sheets, bath/beach towels and washer and dryer! Each bedroom has their own TV and complimentary WiFi for the entire house.

The Brigantine Paddle Club is only a few houses away from us and they have tons of paddle boards and kayaks available for rent. Beach tags included with rental with a refundable deposit.

We enjoyed having friends from out of town come visit the Jersey Shore with us for my husband's birthday! It's a very comfy space with absolutely beautiful views. We also love how close Atlantic City is! Would definitely consider coming back again! Thank you.

The home is exactly as described. The sunsets, WOW, as promised, were the BEST.The owners have put much effort in to making their place as comfortable as can be! The kitchen has all the stuff needed to make whatever you crave. The spaces are comfortable, not fancy, well loved. We spent nearly every moment in the kitchen or on the deck gazing out! The extra considerations--there were spices, coffee pods, sugar, dish-soap, laundry soaps, and a cabinet full of games. (It did seem a bit like visiting someone's home, but we embraced it as the vibe.) Thoroughly enjoying each and every moment of our 4 nights deck sitting with the gas fire pit glowing. I would recommend it to those looking for amazing sunsets, gorgeous view of the bay, closeness to Atlantic City, and the Brigantine Beach area is spectacular.

We really loved our stay here. The home had plenty of places to sleep, a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, tvs in each room, and a pretty well stocked kitchen. The deck area was particularly nice and the view of the bay (even from inside the house) was really beautiful. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the house felt like it had enough room for all of us and was kid-friendly. They had plenty of linens, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. and a washer/dryer for us to use. And the location, while not in the heart of Brigantine, was close to everything we wanted to do.The only minor inconveniences were that there was no dishwasher, and a lot of the outlets were connected to light switches. It took us a while to figure out how to turn certain things on in every room! But we'd definitely stay there again!

Privacy Concerns and Maintenance Issues:

The property has numerous cameras, including on the neighboring property, and it seems the neighbors keep an eye on them just as much as the hosts do. There were a few maintenance issues that need attention: the screen on the deck door wasn’t properly attached so we weren’t able to keep the sliding door open, there’s a noticeable hole in the wall behind the sofa (likely from the reclining chair being too close to the wall), and we had to use ant spray to manage a small infestation. Other than that, the property was spacious enough to fit our group and the host was very responsive during our stay.

Great Stay!!

Communication was excellent, the owners were only a text away and were very responsive. There were plenty of blankets and pillows and a fully stocked kitchen making us feel right at home. We enjoyed some board games and it was great to have tvs in every room. It was a 10 minute drive to the trop for the cheer competition we were in town for and was so much better than staying in a smoky casino. Would definitely stay again!

Good location - plenty of parking

We were 4 adult men staying for a golf getaway. Overall the home fit our needs. The home needs some attention to improve the living conditions. Beds in 2 of the bedrooms need replacing. They had no support, and it was like sleeping in a hammock. TV does not use Xfnity or Verizon, but used You Tube as service provider. If you are not familiar with You Tube, it can be challenging. Had no instructions on using the TV. Had to contact the owner to try to figure it out. Closets in some of the bedrooms were filled with the owners assorted things. Owners were responsive to our request, and helped us out when we needed help.

The view from the deck was amazing! The area was beautiful and quiet. Atlantic City was minutes away. Great restaurants were nearby. The house was equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Yearly trip home

It felt like Home as I was raised on the bay in Brigantine back 50 or so years ago. My Grandparents lived at 4217 when I was in high school at Holy Spirit High. My oldest daughter traveled with me as usual . We have family on the island as well offshore too. Your home felt like home. Thank you !
