Casa unifamiliar de dos niveles, en una calle sin salida, en un barrio residencial. La casa, de 2700 pies cuadrados, tiene capacidad para 8 personas, sala de estar formal, sala familiar y tiene dos patios traseros, con jacuzzi, terraza en cada una de las habitaciones de arriba y una terraza en la parte superior. 7 minutos en coche de Atlantic City. El acceso a la playa (se proporcionan sillas y etiquetas) está a una cuadra de distancia. Gran cobertizo para guardar bicicletas, surf y equipo de pesca. Gran casa para unas vacaciones familiares.
La sala familiar es el centro de actividad de nuestro hogar. Equipado con un elegante bar, 3149 juegos Arcade, Jukebox y un televisor 4K UHD de 83 ". Xfinity con HBO (en todos los 7 televisores en toda la casa) y las capacidades de transmisión de Chromecast Ultra, sus opciones de películas y música son infinitas en los asientos del cine en casa (¡palomitas de maíz incluidas!). Directamente afuera de la sala familiar hay un patio comedor y jacuzzi. Cerca tenemos un patio de cócteles cerca del Master Grill y el asador.

Great Family Beach Vacation

We all loved our week at this amazing house! We had 5 adults and 3 children and we all had plenty of space to spread out and the movie theatre/bar space and outdoor backyard and fire pit were great for hanging out together when we were not at the beach or at the Atlantic City boardwalk which were both so close! Brian, the local host, was awesome and friendly as well! We would definetly love to stay again in the future and we’re all sad to leave when our week came to an end.

Excellent stay!

The property was well kept, clean and had so many fun amenities like the jukebox and bar! The property manager Brian was so kind and accommodating. Very easy to work with and contact. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Perfect beach vacation with family

We come to Brigantine each summer with my children and grandchildren and this house was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the bar and movie room and the Jukebox was the highlight. Very spacious and the master suite was a great escape for me in the evening! Every detail was taken care of and the neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. The hosts were very responsive and not intrusive. Towels, bedding, toilet paper, paper towels and any necessity you could need was supplied. Thank you for a great, memorable family vacation!

This house was perfect for us! The property was beautiful with lots of amenities we all enjoyed! It is in a perfect location if you would like to enjoy the 4x4 beach which was a first for us! Contact with the property manager was excellent! We definitely would stay again!

Wonderful 40th birthday getaway

We stayed here with two friends for my husband’s 40th and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, the communication with Brian was on point, and the hot tub was amazing. We are frequent flyers to Brigantine and this home was exactly what we needed for this trip. 10/10!

Change of Pace

Stayed at this property instead of staying at a hotel on the boardwalk. Nice change of pace. Theater room with juke box and popcorn machine was a fun hangout place. Hot tub was great. Enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation rental

Wow, we loved this place so much! Such an amazing time, we’ll definitely be back for sure! The location was great, not far from AC beaches, casino’s and fine dining! We loved how our host Brian, made his home comfortable for us! Brian reached out to us asking for positive and negative feedback regarding his property. The home was beautiful and well maintained. Our favorite part of the property was the masters suite. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting looking for a comfortable stay.

Thanksgiving Family gathering

Our family enjoyed our 2nd Thanksgiving at the beach. Communication was excellent from the time we booked and included a text after we had arrived to ensure everything was to our liking. Our family loved the location and spaciousness of the house which had great family spaces for fun game and movie nights as well as spacious and comfortable bedrooms when we all needed some privacy. Already talking about next year.

Unforgettable birthday surprise

We rented this house to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The house exceeded all expectations. It is beautiful, clean, and well located. The extra touches everywhere make it very special. We especially enjoyed the popcorn, jukebox and the hot tub, of course! And not only did the house exceed expectations, the host went WAY above and beyond to help make the stay comfortable and special. I highly recommend staying here!

Sunshiny days and comfy nights

My children and grandchildren had a fantastic week away in Brigantine in Brian’s home. We were there to enjoy family Olympics, and after we competed, we relaxed in front of the firepit and then went off to our comfy beds. The grandkids loved listening to oldies in the jukebox and then reclining in their own lounge chairs to watch a Disney movie. We’d definitely stay here again. Can’t thank Brian enough for answering all my silly questions so quickly.

Great House and Manager!

The house was great and as advertised. The backyard is a great place to hang out. It's in a nice quiet and private part of Brigantine. The biggest plus to this house is you get the house manager Brian. He's awesome and takes great care of the house and it's guests. We've been renting in Brigantine for 10 years and he's the best manager we've had. Thanks Again!

Beautiful Home & Location

The house and yard are in pristine condition. The bedrooms were very spacious as was the house overall. The bar/entertainment room was really enjoyable. The kids had fun watching movies on the big screen and the adults haf fun sitting at the bar. The yard is very nice and the hot tub worked great. Brian, the property manager was a pleasure to work with. He made checking in and out a breeze and provided good info about fun things to do with the kids. The overall neighborhood is gorgeous and the beach was beautiful with a great view of Atlantic city. I highly recommend staying here, affordably priced as well.

Had a wonderful weekend in A/C. House was awesome loved the bedroom balconies. Best of all there wasn’t 20 clean up instructions for check in. Bring ya bags and enjoy.

Fantastic week in Brigantine

Brian was very accommodating and the home was a treasure. With three levels and plenty of outdoor spots there’s plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out or be together. When Brian said all we needed was food and alcohol he was not kidding home was well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

Nothing could of gone any smoother. The host was fantastic and very attentive and more than helpful. The place was well stocked and clean. Plenty of room for our group. We had a fantastic time. So many amenities to enjoy!

A+ Property! You won't be disappointed!!!

I rented this lovely house along with three of my friends for a girls weekend getaway. The communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. The pictures depict the property exactly as it is, wonderful! The beds were so comfortable and each bedroom is decorated so perfectly with a different beach theme. The bar area was our favorite place to hang out in the house and the jukebox was the icing on the cake! The neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe. Located just across the bridge from Atlantic City, which can be seen from the balconies of this beautiful home. The host provided all the comforts of home, you'll just need to bring your clothes and some food and drinks. I highly recommend this home for your next Atlantic City vacation! I know we'll definitely be staying here every time we visit.
