The coastal-inspired condo radiates with beachy elegance and serenity. In addition to its front-row seat to Gulf Coast views, it features one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms. The condo can entertain up to six vacationers, making it great for a family vacay, romantic trip for two, girls’ getaway, or any other small-group getaway.

The main great room highlights the condo’s tropical location. A double set of sliding glass doors offers incredible beach views and leads to a Gulf-front balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, making it a great place to relax in solitude or with your fellow guests. Coastal décor, blue accents, sea-inspired furnishings, and white tile floors add to the beach vibe. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, two patterned accent chairs, a hardwood-topped drink table, a white credenza, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The coziness continues into the dining area, which has a dining table for two next to a cute beach painting. The adjacent kitchen features custom white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, a seascape painting and beach décor, and a granite-topped bar with stool seating for four.
The lovely master suite boasts a king-size bed, sunny window, flatscreen TV mounted above a large dresser, and a private bath with a granite-topped vanity and glass-walled, walk-in shower. Additional sleeping space comes in the form of twin bunks tucked in a bunk nook off the living room.

When you stay at Crystal Sands, you’ll also enjoy other vacation amenities. The condo complex features convenient beach access. Within minutes, you can go from watching the waves on your beachfront balcony to jumping in the salty water for a refreshing swim! Guests will also have access to the community pool, sundeck, and BBQ grill.

While this great location is laidback and feels secluded, it is also near an abundance of Destin fun, so you have the best of both worlds! *Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
