¡Una hermosa vista sin obstáculos frente al mar puede ser tuya desde tu propio balcón privado y condominio en las playas más hermosas de Florida! ¡Relájate en tu cómoda y cómoda tumbona con balcón y disfruta de maravillosas puestas de sol!

Nuestro condominio ha sido recientemente decorado profesionalmente con muebles de buen gusto y confortables. Estamos ubicados en el noveno piso, directamente frente a la playa. El complejo cuenta con un bar Tiki con vista a la playa, una piscina climatizada interior / exterior, una piscina para bebés, una gran piscina exterior con cascada.

Jacuzzi con vista a la playa, alquiler de sombrillas y sillas de playa, parrillas para barbacoa con vista a las piscinas, gimnasio con sala de vapor y sauna (sin cargo), y las playas de arena blanca y agua verde esmeralda más hermosas del país.

La piscina, el jacuzzi y el gimnasio en la terraza también están disponibles para su uso. La piscina tiene pleno sol todo el día, y el jacuzzi está conectado a la piscina y se calienta durante todo el año. Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas en el resort

Nuestra unidad recibió la calificación más alta posible y cuenta con un cómodo dormitorio principal de tamaño king y baño privado, área de literas en el pasillo con un baño completo adicional y un sofá cama doble, una cómoda silla en la sala de estar. El balcón cuenta con cómodas tumbonas. La ubicación siempre es clave y el Pelican Beach Resort está muy bien ubicado.

El condominio está justo al otro lado de la calle del parque acuático Big Kahuna, muy cerca de tiendas y numerosos restaurantes excelentes, así como muchas otras actividades de resort. Este condominio recientemente remodelado es un gran valor justo en el corazón de Destin. Consulte nuestro calendario para toda la disponibilidad actual.

Beach Vacy without the kids

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were great. The on-site restaurant is amazing. The pools were nice. The tiki bar was great. First time we had ever been and had free delivery to the beach. The property is right on the beach couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Will stay again!

Great place, we loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Perfect location, right on the beach. Very clean but bathrooms could use a little updating. The hall beds could use better mattresses. Very nice to have a full kitchen so we could cook some of our meals. Overall we had a great time!

Great value for the money

We didnt pay top dollar so i didnt expect a 5 star unit. It was very adequate for our family and worked just fine. The kitchen is quite understocked and there is only 2 barstools but other than that it was great. Resort was nice and i would recommend this unit.

Great stay in a great location

We had a wonderful time! The beach view was amazing and sitting on the balcony was so relaxing. There were many people staying at the resort, but you wouldn't have known it because there was little noise other than at the pools(where noise is expected). I'm actually currently looking at dates to book our next stay!

We enjoyed staying at this condo in this resort. Great beach! The only bummer was the balconies were closed for renovations, and the pool was also closed, which we didn't know about when booking. But other than that, we would stay again. Lots of friendly people!

This place has an amazing view for every morning to enjoy the sunrise across the nice blue sea. The only thing we had trouble with was one of the showers was draining slow but other than that the place was amazing! Will definitely come back.

Room 907 has a wonderful view of the gulf. Everything works, the host was very accommodating, front desk is very helpful. The condo has everything we needed. Walmart is a short Uber ride away. We bought kitchen supplies like oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, food etc Only comment would be for a better mattress on the bunk beds Pools are heated and clean. Location is perfect for the beach and proximity to groceries and the best restaurants. Hoping to be back next year. Maybe in May. April is still chilly and windy

Minor investments could make this a 9/10

The property needs improvements that wouldnt cost a ton of money. The master bed and especially bunk beds are very uncomfortable. The balcony furniture is broken. Couch is very basic and uncomfortable badeboards are very beat up might be soaking up wayer in some areas. Trim on dentry door would rip off when trying to senter the property. A simple 6-8k makeover could make this a great stay, its not there currently.

Just what we needed

This Unit provided exactly what we were looking for. A clean home base from which we could make daily excursions to enjoy a beach vacation. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Would definitely come back again. The only thing to be aware of is that despite the listing having a check in time of 4:00 p.m., the Condo staff did not have the room cleaned so we could check in until after 5:00 p.m. The host had no control over this, and so we didn't think it was a big deal. But future occupants should be aware.

Great view

The lady that checked us in was rude. We was also told we would receive a call when our room was ready and that the cleaners had up until 6pm. We didnt receive a call, so at 6pm we went in to the front desk to check the status of our room. The gentlemen was super nice and apologized that our room had been ready for awhile. We didnt care for the 128 beach chairs and umbrellas that are setup in front that you had to rent for $45. We can see settling up some but not 4 rows. This takes away from those not able to rent to miss out on the view. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Our stay overall I will say was good. I messaged the owner that the fridge wasn’t working and he didn’t seem too concerned and never even responded. Bring your own blankets if you tend to be cold. The blankets in the condo are basically a sheet. There IS a coffee pot, but no filters, as well as no paper towels, and we bought extra trash bags too. The beds are not comfortable, much like sleeping on a rock. The location is great though. Although my kids enjoyed themselves we will not be staying here again.

Good spring break

It was a comfortable condo with a beautiful balcony view of of the ocean. We even saw a pod of dolphins every morning while sipping our coffee! The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. The beach is kept clean and you can swim(it’s a little chilly in March, but still enjoyable, the weather is not their fault by the way). You can find so many sea shells. My kids loved the bunk beds as well. The pools on the property are heated and has two hot tubs as well. The internet is also very fast. My husband was raving about how fast he could download his games. We really liked it. The only complaint that I have is the bunk bed mattresses were thin. my oldest child slept in the bottom bunk and you could feel the boards through the mattres, she complained that it hurt her back a little.

Celebration with the hubs

My husband and I enjoyed a weeklong stay during July 4th week to celebrate life and good health. I was a little nervous of the condo based on reviews but there were slim pickins by the time I made the reservation so I went for it. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED! The most important part for me is the view from the balcony and IT WAS PHENOMENAL! Expansive views of the beach and close enough to hear the waves. Watched dolphins playing in the water one morning during coffee. Balcony is shaded all day so it was a great spot to hide from the sun occasionally and to ride out a few summer storms.Yes, the condo is just basically stocked but it has a blender, toaster, and coffee maker - which was enough for us! Furniture was comfortable, although my husband would have preferred more comfy balcony furniture (but he just recently had back surgery). There are 3 main pools and a few hot tubs on this property so there's usually a set of chairs you can find. The pools were clean and cool and the hot tub was HOT! :)Families brought fireworks to the beach on July 4th so we enjoyed a free, fantastic show from our balcony!To respond to an earlier review...yes, the baseboards have seen better days but overall, the condo was in good shape and clean. My only complaint about the condo would be the low-flow showerheads. Took me forever to rinse my hair! Oh well. If that's the worse part, I think I had a terrific vacation! :)
