This front to back townhouse (south unit) offers great privacy, ocean views, and is just steps to the promenade, soft sand and endless waves. First floor has three bedrooms and huge full bath with laundry closet. Wine bar in family room and a master bedroom furniture (Pottery Barn). Deck furniture; including Pier One couch/chaise and cushions!
Bedding -First Bedroom has 2 Twins, Second Bedroom has 1-Twin and 1-Pyramid (Twin over a Full), Third Bedroom has 1-Queen and 4th Bedroom has 1-King

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
