Fully remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Two full living rooms (1st and 3rd floors). Both off street (2 cars) and on street parking. Fenced in yard, porch and separate patio with firepit. An easy walk into town

Great house, clean and as shown in the pictures. We vacationed here for a short post Xmas get away and to host a small family gathering. House was already decorated for Xmas which made it nice for our lunch party. Ceasar was great and left an extra folding table for us to use. The house is a twin and is took us a minute to figure that out, it is the left side unit of the house.

Great spot close to downtown Phoenixville

We had a lovely time here, walking distance to downtown Phoenixville and a nice trail along the river nearby. We had plenty of room to spread out for a small family gathering. Would definitely stay again!

This house has it all for a small group. Gardens were beautiful. House was immaculate. Comfortable beds for 6. Close to Bridge St. Will definitely be coming back.

Wedding Weekend Visit

My family and I stayed in this home during a family wedding weekend. The home was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We did not get a chance to visit the town that was nearby because we had so many wedding activities. We may have to return to enjoy the shops and restaurants that are nearby. It looked like a fun little town. We would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area. You will love it!!

From opening the door until locking to leave, our stay was great. The listing is accurate, the space is clean and well kept. Simply the best

We have stayed at dozens of VRBO's all over the world and this place ranks easily in the top 3 we have ever had the pleasure to stay. The property has been resurrected from a ruin with care and precision to provide an extremely comfortable home with no attention to detailed missed. We stayed for the birth of our granddaughter in Phoenixville and this location was terrific. Easy walk to downtown. We also had our lab with us and that added even more appreciation for the grounds. It feels like you are staying at an arboretum. We BBQ several nights with guests visiting so the outside gas grill was great. There are multiple seating areas on the property with a great variety of plant life, trees and gardens. Our hosts were very responsive and we can not rate this property high enough.
