We fell in love with this ground floor unit because of the poolside/beach front access -- we enjoy the amenities of a high rise without the hassle of elevators or stairs; this is a home run! We love this quiet end of the beach which is close to the State Park and next to Schooners.

The biggest difference is simple: this is true first-floor, gated walkout access to the pool and beach.
At Seychelles, most units require elevators, long hallways, and multiple trips hauling beach gear. Here, you walk straight out your private patio gate onto the pool deck and head directly to the beach. No waiting. No lobby traffic. No dragging coolers and chairs through the building.
For families, this layout is a game-changer. Parents can relax on the patio while kids swim in the pool just steps away. Need to grab snacks, sunscreen, or take a quick break? You’re back inside in seconds. Guests consistently say this convenience is what makes them book again.
