Come stay on the heights of Nice in a beautiful air-conditioned apartment with terrace for a quiet stay .

This luxury residence has a parking space in the basement.

You can also relax around the pool, ideal for 4 people this accommodation is equipped with comfort with 2 bedrooms, 1 with TV, the living room is very bright and for more conviviality a fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom has an Italian shower and the toilet is separate .

Washing machine and wi-fi access available.

The residence is close to the village a few minutes walk .

excellent base to visit the region

The apartment was perfect for anyone with their own transport. The facilities were superb and they have thought of everything with regards to utilities. I would have no problem recommending them. The pool is a nice touch. The only critique was the location was a bit isolated with very little around it in terms of shops or pubs/Restaurants. Pleasant stay

We had a great stay at this apartment with swimming pool and a great view of the sea. The apartment was clean and spacious. We also felt safe with the security measures in place. It came equipped with private carpark space and all the amenities listed. A couple of things to note: The air con was only in the living room and the bedrooms were a bit stuffy because we had no ventilation in the bedrooms when the aircon was turned on in the living room. We also had to leave our bedroom doors open to allow ventilation. Would be good to provide a fan for the bedrooms to promote ventilation. In the cooler months, it would be fine if the windows are open, but not so great for summer.

Apparemment confortable

Le logement est conforme à la description : bien équipé, propre et situé dans les hauteurs de Nice, à environ 15 kms du centre, dans une zone de résidence. Au dernier étage avec une très belle vue sur la côte. L'accueil de l'agence a été très sympathique.

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est très bien équipé, au calme, dans les hauteurs de Nice.On peut rejoindre le centre en 15 min.Le garage est un vrai plus car il est impossible de se garer dans ce quartier.L'accueil était très agréable .

good stay

L'emplacement est idéal et très calme. Depuis la chambre, on peut admirer le lever du soleil sur la Méditerranée. L'accès au centre-ville en voiture est rapide. Les équipements sont complets, et le personnel d'accueil est très chaleureux.

it was okay

A lot of little things where missing in the apartment. An incomplete list of missing things - a knife for bread - tools for cooking. i had to buy myself and left it there. - not enough tabs for the dishwasher (two for 4 people for 5 days) - no working heater in the bedroom - rarely enough bags for the garbage - the remote for the main TV is rarely working. i used my mobile as an universal remote. I guess not every guest knows this option. The communication is very clear yet not very friendly. I always had the feeling that i am not a beloved guest. Check in was terrible. I travelled since many years and many countrys and this was the first time ever that someone needed an consigne. Stop that. It was necesary that we need to sepcify a specific arrival time. When you are traveling, especialy with kids, this is not always possible. Stop that. We are in Holiday, no need to have more stress with check in. I highly recommend for check in to use a key box, a description for the way to the garage and flat. And no personal staff contact! Helpfull would be an explanation for the garbage. We found no place for empty glass bottles. I have no idea how this works in france. the flat itself is great. Awesome view. Great rooms. if there are questions send me an email. Regards Danny

Bellissimo appartamento

Un po’ fuori mano ma bellissimo appartamento. Circa 20 minuti dal centro, c’è il bus ma meglio con macchina o Uber, c’è il parcheggio la piscina e il Wi-Fi, ottime dotazioni, consigliabile. Se non ci andate voi ritorno io
