It is hard to keep this note short while acknowledging all the great things about our rental. First and foremost, Aurelie allowed us to check in very early in the morning which is so appreciated after a long overnight trip from the US. Her daughter was waiting for us to make the check-in as smooth as possible. Aurelie and her entire family are very friendly and helpful people. The place is well lit and very spacious. Last but not least, the location is excellent; quiet, close to the beach and close to Le Port and its vibrant life. We will definitely stay there again.

Aurelie is a fantastic host. She answered all of our questions perfectly. She told us all about the great places to visit and things to do in the area. It made our adventuring around the area so much easier and enjoyable. The property was very clean and furnished beautifully. It is bright with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and everything else you would need. There is a very nice and spacious balcony to enjoy that looks over a beautiful and relaxing garden area that you can use and relax in too.The air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the place down very comfortably! The property is located in a lovely location. It is walkable in minutes to the port and a beach. A few more minutes to town where you find great restaurants, grocery stores and everything else you would need. We were so very happy to have found this beautiful property to stay in for a great week in Nice. We had an awesome time and will definitely stay there again.Thank you!Dennis and Christel

Wonderful base for our quick stay in Nice. The AC worked well during a heat wave. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and coffee. Location was great to walk to the port and Old City. Were able to park our car right in front of house. Host was excellent in welcoming us and helping us settle in.

An oasis in the city

A wonderfull place to rest after exploring the city or even just to relax a hole day long in the shady garden.Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to calm down, close enough to dive in, just perfect! The cozy apartment offers with its two bed rooms and a spacious living room enough space for a family with two kids, beside the garden it has a nice balcony and a chilling air conditioning. An extra star for Aurélie the wellcoming host, courteous and discreet at the same time… merci beaucoup pour tout!!!

I traveled to Nice with my adult children & very much enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful to walk to the port & a small beach nearby. The apartment was sparkling clean & the AC kept us cool. We had intended to use the garden bbq but ran out of time enjoying all Nice had to offer! Communication with our host was great; especially the instructions for the Uber. Very important! :) We will book again the next time we are in Nice! Thank you!

Nice in Nice!

We came for the F1 weekend in Monaco; it was a delight to stay in an authentic Nice villa, perfectly located for public transport and restaurants.
