Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.Although on the ground floor, access to the apartment includes a step at the entrance of the building and at the entrance of the shower which may not be suitable for a person with reduced mobility. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc) Walk along the Promenade des Anglais for 25 minutes and you will arrive in the city center, Massena Square, Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice. TransitAccess to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Lenval. Journey takes only 20 minutes and this stop is 50m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.Train station « Nice Ville » is 2km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.You can come in Nice by car and park in our private garage.IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.Smoking isn’t allowed inside.Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.Thanking you in advance for your kind collaboration.
