Recently updated, peaceful luxury cottage at Naples Bay Resort with no street noise and tranquil garden, fountain and pool views. Just steps from the pool areas and a short walk, bike ride or free shuttle to 5th Ave, 3rd Street, and Naples’ beautiful beaches. Includes full access to resort amenities: family and adult-only pools, fitness center, tennis, spa, saunas, and playground. The perfect location to relax and enjoy the best of Naples.

This second floor unit is a spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bath condo. It affords privacy, serenity, and pleasant views of well landscaped grounds and fountain. Perfect for family and friends to enjoy both the home as well as the multiple pools and lazy rivers on the property. Enjoy lush, tropical landscape views from your 2nd floor private lanai.

Living room is an open and airy concept with large flat screen TV, high ceiling fans, and direct access to the screened and covered lanai.

Master bedroom has king bed and a flat screen TV. Adjoining master bathroom has a jetted tub and glass enclosed shower.

Second bedroom contains a queen bed along with a flat screen TV with adjacent second bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser.

Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo can accommodate up to 6 people.

One assigned covered parking space and plenty of extra guest parking.

Bath towels and linens are provided. Pool towels provided at Club. Beach towels also provided in master bedroom closet. Starter supplies for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Unit has full size washer and dryer. Portable crib available in master closet.

Local Host is available 24/7 for any needs.

Additional cleaning services during your stay are available upon request.

The Cottage is located in a lovely, safe, and walkable residential area within Naples Bay Resort. Just steps away, you’ll find the Hotel, Club and Marina, home to several dining options—including the newly opened Blackbird Modern Asian, perfect for Happy Hour or a casual dinner.

The Resort has a complimentary shuttle service bringing guests to the popular 5th Avenue, Historic 3rd Street, and the beach.

Please Note (Fees Not Included in Nightly Rate):
Resort administration and daily Club fees are payable directly to Naples Bay Resort at check-in.

Nov 1 – May 31: $250 admin fee + $60/day + 6% tax

June 1 – Oct 31: $150 admin fee + $50/day + 6% tax
Discounted Club fees available for stays of 30+ days.

Our hostess was amazing! She provided very specific details to help with check-in, and helpful information regarding the complex itself. The unit was perfectly furnished with anything we could need for our week's stay, and the decor and furniture was beautiful!

Spring Break 2025

This was our first time in this unit at NBR, but 5th time at the resort. It was by far the best unit we have stayed at. The unit was perfect for my family of 5 and one of the best sofa sleeper mattresses I have laid on. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and some. The location was also great. The host was always available and super responsive if we needed her. The resort as usual was perfect. The servers at the pool were great and so was the food and drinks. We will be back to NBR and hope to get this unit again.

March 2025 visit

The manager was very responsive and polite. The property was worn and needs updating. The unit needs a good cleaning. There was thick dust in the bath vents, dust on the old lanai furniture and the living room sofa and chairs look original to the unit. Place needs updating. I expect more considering the cost.

Regarding your comments, I’d like to clarify a few points for future guests: When you reported a possible leak from the toilet, I immediately scheduled a plumber to assess the issue. You later told me it seemed to have stopped and declined the service, so we respected your decision. After your stay, we confirmed there was no leak. As for the property itself, we do routine cleanings and inspections and take any concerns seriously. I’ve since reviewed the cleaning details with our team to ensure everything meets our high standards. While the unit may have some original pieces, guests appreciate the comfort and classic Florida style, and we strive to keep everything well-maintained and welcoming. We believe the listing provides a clear and honest representation of what guests can expect. We are always looking for ways to improve and value constructive feedback. Thank you again for staying with us.
