Thank you David for your feedback. Given the increase in energy costs, most French rental contracts include a daily electricity consumption of 8Kwa in the price. As we provide an electric recharging point for the vehicles as well as air conditioning, we've decided to include 15kwa per day as it's impossible for us to estimate the energy needs of each family. We have also invested in the installation of photovoltaic panels on the dryer to respect the environment and limit the costs to our customers. As you will have noticed, and we thank you for this, the well-being of our guests is the most important thing to us, and this is reflected in the high quality of the facilities and services we offer. With regard to your stay of 6 and a half days, an outside temperature of 37° means that the pool must be filtered for at least 12 hours a day to ensure perfect swimming conditions, and the gîte must be air-conditioned during the day when the photovoltaic panels are producing energy. Among other things, this allows us to maintain a pleasant temperature in the building and to be able to close the bedroom doors at night without any problems. We are sorry that this extra charge has upset the end of your holiday and we could have explained the energy rules of the Séchoir de l'Engranne at your request when you arrived.
