A cozy one bedroom, one bath guesthouse offering a soaking tub plus a stand alone shower. Featuring an indoor fireplace, king bed, kitchenette plus dinning area. This cozy guesthouse also comes with a great outdoor area that includes a fire pit, charcoal bbq grill plus also a sitting area.

Estefana's Guest House is located in a quiet neighborhood just 7 miles from Main Street where the shopping district, museums, galleries, and tasting rooms are. Owner lives on the property.

My wife and I stay a couple of days and we were impressed how clean the place was. We enjoyed the amenities such as jacuzzi and tub Very quiet area and close to Fredericksburg Main Street We can see ourselves staying again here.

Very clean and up to date. Beautiful decor. Hot tub was the perfect temperature for star gazing. The grounds are inviting and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Home was clean, ready on time. Very accurate photos online compared to what you get. Host was extremely quick to respond. Only minor hiccup (NOT THE HOSTS FAULT), is the water company had an issue so the water was off at check in. Problem was solved while we went to town. Nice shower, tub and hot tub. Would for sure stay again!I want to emphasize how clean this home was - not a spec of dirt on the floors. Incredibly clean

This was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed house was extremely clean and bigger than i thought. the hot tub was the best part. main street is only a 10 minute drive too ! will definitely be booking again in the future.

Cute place to stay during our mini getaway. The hot tub was so nice. The only thing was our comforter was a bit dirty with stains, but nothing crazy. Other than that it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, quiet place to stay. It was immaculate and had everything needed. Coffee, water, cookies, soft new towels, microwave and refrigerator. There was an abundance of towels, soaps and soft comfortable throws. The TV had Prime, Netflix and premium channels. The hosts thought of everything. The outside sitting area was private and decorated beautifully. We were even treated to the outside cat and her babies! Parking is convenient and well marked. We look forward to staying again and make use of the fireplace and grill. We highly recommend.

Hill Country getaway

I enjoyed this cute and cozy place! It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the evening after being out on the town. I especially loved the swivel chair! The hot tub was nice as well and private in a beautiful area. Love it!

This was a great place to stay for the weekend. We were about five minutes from town, which made it a very convenient location. Everything was just as it is pictured on the listing. We were busy most of the weekend, so we did not get to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit, but the private outdoor space was beautiful! We would definitely stay again.
