Situation excellente.Décoration soignée.Pièces lumineuses.Par contre, quelques details techniques inacceptables pour le prix : portes du dressing mal posées donc impossible à ouvrir, poignée de porte cassée, serrous salle de bains et porte entrée cassés.Pour ie reste l assistance est exceptionnelle : tant pour l'arrivée que pour le problème avec le lit (le lit était trop bas et les pieds ont été remplacés après ma demande).

This place is in a great location…however:It is on a very loud street meaning you can’t sleep with windows open. It is a very stuffy apartment and there is a small ac unit that has to run constantly to keep it a decent temperature. The ac is very loud and was broken for our first 2 days. You have to keep a window open for the ac because the back side blows HOT air. In a tiny apartment, it is hard to keep cool. There were also only 2 pillows on the bed and they were very lumpy and not comfortable for sleeping. 2 of us stayed 4 nights and were only given 4 pods for the coffee machine. We tried to buy more but they didn’t quite work. The shower drain doesn’t work fast enough for the shower to be on full pressure. It leaks out because there is no door.

Séjour agréable d’autant que je retrouvais mon frère qui vit à Nouméa et qui repart lundi. Il a lui même un pied à terre dans l’immeuble Gibraltar en haut de la piétonne ce qui est très pratique pour se retrouver et tout faire à pieds. D’habitude je loue un appartement rue Halevy face à la salle de sport. C’est très bien également. J’ai un peu cafouillé avec la récupération de la clef je ne suis pas de la génération connectée même si je fais ce qu’il faut pour ne pas être trop larguée. Merci pour la qualité de votre service. J’attends le retour de ma caution

Mixed experience in a great location**Mixed Experience in a Great Location**

The apartment is in a fantastic location in Nice, close to many attractions and easy to access public transportation, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, there were several issues that made the overall experience disappointing.First, the check-in process was quite frustrating. The host did not provide instructions ahead of time, and communication leading up to our arrival was slow and unresponsive, which left us feeling unsure about whether we’d even be able to access the apartment. Additionally, we had to walk about 8 minutes to pick up and drop off the keys, which was inconvenient.The apartment itself was not as clean as expected — there was noticeable mold in several corners and crevices, and overall it felt like cleanliness was not a priority. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely flat and offered no support.There were also issues with supplies. Only one kitchen towel and one laundry pod were provided, with no instructions on how to use the washing machine. Towels were insufficient for both the kitchen and bathroom, and the host seemed very stingy with basic essentials like soap and laundry supplies.One of the more frustrating parts was the hot water situation — showers lasted about 10 minutes before running cold, which made it difficult for even two people to shower comfortably.Overall, while the location is excellent the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and basic hospitality made this stay less enjoyable.

Modern with good location

This property is perfectly position in Nice, near shops, beach and walk to old town.Some aspects may make it more suitable for younger people than us.We did not find out how to access the property until we were already in the town. It then involved a walk across town to a ‘lock box’There was equipment – cooking and heating but we could not find instructions. Now we know there is apparently a QR code to access these.The host was mostly in touch by text, but were understanding and tried to help.
