The location of this apartment is fabulous. You're in the old town, just metres from the beach and it's quiet and quirky. The second bed is now a proper bed rather than a futon (which was appreciated), and it's in the kitchen/living area rather than in a second bedroom, but we were already expecting this from the photos. The apartment is compact and on the fifth floor and there is no lift, so pack light and enjoy being in the centre of Nice.

First trip to Nice and this apartment was in the middle of everything. One block to the beach with restaurants and shops all steps away. Everything was accurate and well communicated.

This apartment is in a fantastic location right next to the promenade and beach in old town Nice. The location is unbeatable! The apartment was very clean and nicely renovated. The air conditioning was amazing for the hot summer days. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

It was so cute and the perfect amount of space! You’re right next to the beach and you’re in the heart of old town, everywhere is walkable! The lockbox is a little confusing to find because there are 3 around each other and there are like 7 sets of steep stairs but it’s not that bad and was great for the location and price!

Great place to stay. A quirky roofspace apartment in the heart of Old Nice and right on the beach. Just be ready for the five floors of stairs to get to the apartment.🙂 The host was always contactable and responsive.

The apartment is a long climb up, 5 flights, but it is delightful once you arrive. location is fabulous! The view from the room is the church bell tower and town toward the mountains. The view of the Med is at a landing half way up. Space is clean and comfortable.

Excellent place to stay so close to beach restaurants bars and tram The port a 15 minute walk The only downside is 117 steps to the appartment it would be handy to know this if one of the party were of an age (Young or old ) or lacked ability to climb them Other than that excellent
