Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. I'm so pleased you were able to walk up the road and ski down to chair 8, and ski back down our complex. As you know, I was concerned about your ability to ski down to Canyon Lodge, from our complex, because of all the built up snow, so it's nice to know you've experienced what we have for so many years. Breakfast, or any meal, for that matter, is always pleasant at the dining room table, as the view from the windows is spectacular. Summers you can see all the way to down to Owens Valley! Dear Guest, We not only encourage, but welcome any and all feedback from our guests. Thank you. We strive to give our guests a 5 star experience, and given that we received eight "Pros" on your review, we feel we've covered most the items that would put our condo in that category. We not only provide lots of wood, we also include lots of towels, both kitchen and bath, lots of paper towels and toilet paper, not to mention all the spices, Vinegar and oils. Some areas of our complex, are not in our control, and given the curvy road up to our complex, which is maintained by the city, of which we found the maintenance to be acceptable. Our complex, however, is maintained by our own loader, by our manager, who has the discretion, to begin plowing the road early in the morning, and has. And in our experience, has maintained the road very well, weather permitting. There are two areas of skiing out and skiing in and we encourage our guests to contact us so we can verbally walk them through any questions or concerns they may have. We also provide information regarding the dumpster for the trash as well as the building for the jacuzzi and saunas. Our garage, a one car (compact) is small, and we've been able to get our Toyota Landruiser, BMW and SUV's in there, but do feel one might avoid a CHEVY SUBURBAN, although we've backed one in, but could not close the garage door. We do explain where to park if the vehicle will not fit in our garage. We are not aware of any nylon sheets in our condo. Do they still make them, or have they ever made them? Ours, according to the label, are microfiber and or bamboo. The six Cons are appreciated, and we hope we've addressed your concerns. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope you'll come back. If it's in winter months for skiing, we'll pray for more snow, and if it's in the summer time, and, we've found the summers in Mammoth to be a wonderful experience, with all the activities in and around Mammoth, to include many delightful concerts, in the village, music can be heard when one is in our condo. Dear Eric, Thank you for the review! Your feedback helps us, as we work hard to provide five star experiences for all our guests. We now have double honeycomb levelor blinds in the skywatcher loft bedroom, in the master bedroom, and the downstairs living room area. On your next visit, you can leave your eye masks at home, and not withstanding the bright morning sun, enjoy a late sleep in. Fifty out of fifty-four condos at Timber Ridge, have stairs leading to the sleeping areas. We make a concerted effort via e-mail and telephone, to brief our guests and answer any and all questions. If we feel the configuration of our sleeping area, stairs, or sleeping capacity will not suit our prospective guests, we dissuade them from booking. Further, for safety reasons and to discourage stacking we require the names of all occupants in the the booking party and the license # and make of their vehicle(s). Our attached garage will accommodate compact and intermediate sized vehicle(s). The entry door from the garage, to the condo, allows our guests to proceed directly from the garage, avoiding slippery streets outside, a feature our winter guests really appreciate. Full size vehicles and SUV's will find secure, safe parking in Timber Ridge's parking lot, only steps away. In winter, we recommend our guests carry chains at all times.
