Have a pleasant stay in a spacious and comfortable apartment.



A lot of space for 4 people, in the center of the village. Very calm area with a beautiful view.



There is a garage in which you can park your car in all safety.



In summer, you can see marmots from the balcony!



The entire apartment is available.



We live in Val d’Isère so we are available to accompany you throughout your stay by answering any of your questions.



Everything is in place. You do not need a vehicle; you don’t even need to get on the shuttle bus. Meanwhile there is still a garage in case you need to use your vehicle.

Bien aménagé avec très belle vue

Nous avons apprécié l'espace agréable de cet appartement, l'aménagement au top, les informations et la réactivité du propriétaire. Il y a certes un peu de montée jusqu'au bâtiment mais cela donne une vue imprenable de l'appartement sur le village et les pistes de ski.

Everything that I needed

This was a really comfortable apartment, which was really well located for me and provided me with all of the amenities that I needed for my stay. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Great unit and location

We stayed here for 4 weeks. The apartment was perfect for us. Very central and close walk to ski slopes. Our host was also very responsive.

Très bien pour sportifs

Appartement très agréable, lumineux, bien équipé et propre. L'accès est un peu raide (normal en montagne), a éviter pour handicapé. L'ascenseur un peu petit. Eclairage chambre à améliorer.

Perfect ski stay

Late 1960s multi storey building. Apartment is on 4th floor, Magnificent views across the valley. Underground car parking space Free car parking a short distance (Drive to the door first to unload your gear) spacious living / dining area, bathroom with a bath and plenty of hot water, loads of storage space, comfortable large bed. Access to the main square is just a 50m walk to an adjoining building then go inside that building and exit on the street via an arcade. Perfect place to stay - we already want to be back there.

Nightmare checkin process

If you stay here, be prepared for checkin hell which will have you pulling your hair out for 2 days. Even simple things like where is the carpark and parking spot takes at least 4 text and 2 telephone calls. Plus there is no wifi Internet despite the owner replying to my email to say that there was, but omitting to add it is a free Val d'Isere wifi which I could only get to barely work by hanging the phone out of the balcony. A straightforward welcome note with instructions would have made everything so much easier. Pity as the flat is lovely.

Appartement très sympathique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement propre et fonctionnel. L’emplacement est bien pour la vue mais il faut savoir où se situe l’ascenseur qui mène au centre du village sans quoi le trajet à pied est long pour atteindre la résidence. Le gérant est très disponible et répond rapidement à toutes vos questions. En résumé, nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement dans cette station sublime.

Absolutely Lovely

This place is fabulous! The location is great with amazing views. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of storage for your belongings. The kitchen is great if you would like to prepare some home cooked meals. We always used the lift in building next door to get down to the street level. There is a bus stop right there that will take you to the other parts of the mountain, it is free and so easy to use. Our hosts were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We would totally recommend staying here and hope to get to visit again ourselves next year. Thank you!!!!

Fantastic Apartment in a great location!

I can't recommend this apartment enough. Plenty of room for the two of us, with a good sized double room and 2 bunks in the hallway. Lots of storage space (wardrobes, drawers under the bed) so 4 people could easily share and have enough space to move - something sorely lacking in a lot of apartments in ski resorts! The apartment was nicely decorated and had all mod cons including full sized induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and even a washing machine. Two balconies let in a lot of light, and there were fantastic views over the village. The apartment block is set back from the 'rond point des pistes' a 5-10 minute walk with skis and boots to the free bus, or the solaise lift. All the shops and restaurants are right there as well. Etienne was a fantastic host, and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. I am already looking to book the apartment for next year!

A comfortable spacious apartment in a central location and with great views

We spent a delightful 3 weeks in this well positioned apartment in the centre of Val d'Isere and within easy walking distance of the lifts. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, well equipped and offers plenty of storage. And there are great views over the village and surrounding mountains and ski slopes. I would be very happy to return here again another year

Very nice appartment, centrally located, great views, good layout, great early value

Comfortable, well furnished, apartment recently renovated with stylish modern furniture, good for families or 4 adults if 2 dont mind full size bunk beds in the corridor. 4th floor has great views, local parking included is great bonus, using the lift in the apartment building in front gives quick access to town Hosts are quick to respond to queries and were flexible about checkout timing. Apartment in quite setting just behind the tourist info office. We have stayed in many apartments in Val over the last 20+ years one of the best in its class,
