Located in the hyper center of Val d'Isère, Avenue de l'Olympique, just opposite the hotels Tsanteleina and Blizzard.
A covered parking in a private car park behind the residence is included in the price (vehicle less than 1m80 high). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, has a balcony and private WI-FI internet access.
The cleaning is included in the rental price. Keys delivery with our concierge service. Late arrival possible with key box.

The main room consists of a dining area for 5 people, a kitchen with dishwasher, a sofa bed 140x190cm convertible for 2 people, a large closet with wardrobe, flat screen TV with TV d'Orange (150 channels and option 5 channels bouquet cinema series) + Blu-ray DVD player.
The room have a 2 people bed 140x 190cm mattress Bultex with memory shape cover. Above a bunk bed for one with memory mattress (forbidden less than 6 years old), storage and a TV.
The bathroom consists of a shower, a sink, a toilet, a washing machine 9kg and hair dryer and towels dryer.

The ski locker is located on the ground floor, next to the elevator. The ski slopes are 2 minutes walk or possibility to take the free buses that stop in front of the residence. Shops are immediately accessible.

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this property. We are a family of 3 and it works perfectly for us. Close to the slopes and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. There was a slight smell of damp in the bathroom, but it was clean.

Perfect Location

The apartment was compact but perfect for four people, nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is simply perfect for the slopes, the shops and the apres ski.

Très bon choix

Appartement idéalement placé en plein centre du village. Belle résidence des années 2000. Appartement joliment meublé en style savoyard, orienté sur l'arrière du bâtiment donc parfaitement calme. Equipement assez exceptionnel pour cette surface, malgré la petite cuisine. Rien ne manque. Parking couvert et protégé à disposition. Bref un très bon choix pour un séjour d'été.

Appartement super bien situé au centre du village et à proximité des pistes de randonnées. Logement bien équipé et décoré avec goût avec une literie bien confortable. Sophie est hyper réactive et précise dans ses explications. Nous reviendrons.

Très mal agencé

Agression par la conciergerie avant notre arrivée, pour trouver un appartement sombre, mal agencé, avec une peau de vache au sol, et une décoration des années 1960. Très largement surévalué.

Super Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet

Die hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Val d'Isere. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gerade im Winter ist die vorhandene Tiefgarage angenehm. Die Vorab-Informationen der Gastgeberin waren sehr hilfreich. Check-in/out waren absolut unkompliziert.

Großartig

Die Unterkunft liegt optimal im Zentrum des Geschehens und ist zugleich sehr sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist wohlüberlegt und hochfunktional eingerichtet. Alles ist, wo es hingehört. Man hat genügend Platz für 3 große oder auch 4 Personen (Familie mit Kindern). Es gibt genügend Verstaumöglichkeiten vorhandend. Optimal ist, dass auch der Parkplatz dabei ist. Toller und freundlicher Kontakt zum Gastgeber.

Lovely apartment and fantastic location

Perfect location. Short walk over the road to the ski lifts, shuttle bus stop outside front door and shops/restaurants/bars on your doorstep. Very quiet no noise from outside passers by. Ski locker on the ground floor which is very useful however if there are 5 skiers/snowboarders with boots and poles etc. you will struggle to fit all in. Well equipped kitchen for any cooking. Comfy bed and sofa bed. If 5 adults with big cases there isn't much room for cases (all had to go in the living dining area piled up). Extra cost to rent linen and towels. No washing up liquid/toilet roll/bin bags provided which seems to be the norm but just something to be aware of before arriving. Good sized bathroom and nice powerful hot shower. No mention of needing a security deposit (4 figure number), again not an issue sending and receiving back but no mention until 1 week before booking. Did loose money due to exchange rate from uk to france. Very cosy and comfy place to stay.

Great location - return visit

This is the second time staying here, it’s a great location and very comfortable. Has everything you need for a week skiing - we are a family of five and it works well for us. Hosts are very good and responds to any questions very quickly and local representatives are very easy to get hold of for help and advice. Many thanks again.

Magnifique sejour

Appartement idéalement situé. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Appartement propre rien à redire . Tout peut être fait à pied. Beaucoup d activités sont proposées. Le seul bémol a été le fait qu il n y ai pas eu d état des lieux fait ni à l arrivée ni au départ. C est peut être normal ne connaissant pas les pratiques des lieux. Néanmoins je le recommande vivement tellement le paysage est magnifique.

Great location, efficient accommodations

Great location in Val d’Isère, close to lifts, shopping and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need including small kitchen and washing matching. There is a ski locker on the ground floor that is very convenient. There is a supplemental charge for towels and linens which is common in Europe. There was also a relatively large security deposit which I had to give in cash (apparently something about the listing site vs VRBO/home away), I was initially surprised by this, but I had no problem getting the deposit back.
