Relax and stay in this large, newly updated, conveniently located 4 bedroom cape house that's within walking distance to multiple beaches. Comfortably sleeps 15!

-Custom 6-bed bunk with 2 twins, 3 twin XL, and 1 Full XL bed.
· Full eat-in kitchen
· Ductless air conditioning system in every room
· Cozy living room with pullout queen sofa
· All new memory foam mattresses
· Washer and Dryer
· 1 full bath and 1 half bath
· Outdoor shower – large and private
· Large yard for lawn games
· Outdoor patio with comfortable seating, propane grill.
· Bright Sunroom with space to hang out and people watch the main road. Comfortable and relaxing seating, LED TV, and a bistro set. Perfect for your morning coffee.
· .2 miles to the semi-private Trotting Park Road Beach (This beach is town-owned but offers no parking so it is only used by those within walking distance)
· .6 miles to the sand at the popular West Dennis Beach
· .4 miles to the South Village Beach (The South Village Beach offers a small parking area but is known for its kayak and carriable boat launching into the mouth of the swan river.)
***Bath and Beach towels are not provided!***
We recommend renting towels from Cape Linen Rentals. They will drop-off and pick-up right to the house.

Great location

Accurate listing. Cute home in a perfect location. Listing stated that the property does not provide towels so not sure why someone would give a bad review because of their lack of comprehension. We did a lot of cooking as there were 15 of us in town for a funeral. Kitchen utensils could have been better. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast and coffee places are in close vicinity.

Late August Cape weekend

8 of us (2 families of 4) had a wonderful weekend at this home! The location was fantastic -- easy to get to the beach, drive to great ice cream and food, and take walks and runs. The home was super clean and had everything we needed, and everyone loved the outdoor shower. If you happen to be in town for the West Dennis antique car parade, this property is right on the route for prime viewing experience. Communication with our hosts was speedy and great. Would definitely stay again!

PERFECT LOCATION

Awesome time with our family. Location was perfect! House was very roomy worked out very well. Outside area was key as that is where we spent most of our time.

Perfect for extended family!

We had a a great time as a family of 12. The house was exactly as advertised and Sean was a great host. Would book this rental again without hesitation.

Cute and clean

We enjoyed our stay in this cute bunk house! The kids loved their own space upstairs with the bunk beds and provided games. Place was very clean. The only downsides were that towels were not provided and was an extra expense to rent them (was informed of this before the stay). There wasn’t a hairdryer there as specified but contacted the owner who said is usually there. Could have more closet space and hooks to hang clothes. Also could have had more blankets, but rooms had heaters so we were otherwise comfortable! Loved being able to walk to the beach.

Great time! Great location! Really nice hosts

The house was really clean and there was a good amount of space. The beach was about an 8 minute walk and there were people there but it was never too crowded. Sean was an awesome host. Very accommodating and communicative. We will be back!

Exactly As Advertised

Property information was exactly as advertised. Walking distance to neighborhood beach and to local West Dennis beach was a plus considering the daily parking charges at Cape Cod beaches.

Our stay at the Bunk House was perfect. Two families fit well and it was nice having the bunk room for the kids to spread out. The location was convenient with quick access to stores etc. The close proximity to West Dennis beach was great and everyone loved the quick walk to Trotting Pond.

Bunk House

Our family absolutely loved staying at the Bunk House! The house was perfectly decorated, warm and welcoming. The grill and outdoor space worked perfectly for having our family dinners each night. We loved having morning coffee on the front porch, and it was a great place to stick the kids when the adults needed some downtime (the tv in there was a major bonus!). The bunk room was AWESOME- so perfect for families! Each room had its own thermostat, which was great (esp when traveling with a large family and having different people run at different temperatures). We slept great every night- the beds were so comfortable and the bedrooms were pretty sound proof (another major plus when traveling with a large group/ little kids). The house is stocked with your basic kitchen essentials. Sean and Gianna were very responsive and accommodating- could not ask for better hosts! The location is prime- walking distance to West Dennis Beach as well as some of our favorite food spots. Very grateful for our time here!

A fine house for a fine vacation

We were a group of 12 adults 56-14 and this house was a really nice experience. The house seems to have been renovated recently and every room was very clean and fresh. The bunk bed room was a hit with the younger crowd. The bathrooms were all new and the kitchen was very functional. The large outdoor table allowed nice BBQ dinners, and we enjoyed the location with West Dennis Beach so close. Everybody was very happy with the house.

Great summer vacation!

We loved our stay at the Bunkhouse! Perfect set up for the 4 adults and 3 small children in our party. The upstairs bunk room is a child's dream! The house was nicely renovated and super clean. We especially loved the huge outdoor shower after a day at the beach. You can take a 5 min. walk to a beach area at the end of the road, or drive to nearby South Village or West Dennis beaches...both great beaches. The house is on a busy main road but the close proximity to beaches and restaurants is ideal. Sean was very easy to work with and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in the West Dennis area!!
