Located on the fifteenth floor, with it's open floor plan and panoramic windows, the view of the Gulf of Mexico is truly Spectacular!
My two bedroom two bath condo unit is totally furnished. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living room & dinning area. A large breakfast bar with kitchen side counter space provides plenty of room meal preparation and a great place for all to gather. A 42 inch LG television flat screen TV can be viewed from the kitchen, living room and dinning area.
Ocean side, the luxurious master bedroom suite with it's very comfortable king size bed, offers another grand view through the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors. Its spacious, private bath is furnished with double sinks and vanity, a large corner shower, bath tub, linen closet, and walk-in dressing closet.
The guest room provides a comfortable queen bed, privately located from the master bedroom, and connecting to an extensive color coordinated bathroom.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a 32 inch flat screen, Samsung Smart TV.
Relax on your private balcony, which stretches from the master bedroom and wraps around the living room. Enjoy breakfast, lunch,dinner or just drinks while sea watching with loved ones!
Calypso offers two 175 ft. pools with a tiki bar in between, right on the Gulf of Mexico, where you will find many beach activities and your free set of Beach Chairs and umbrella! ( Beach Service) Two additional folding beach chairs are located in the laundry room.
Take a five minute walk to Pier Park, the best shopping and entertainment destination in the area! An open-air, one-of-a-kind complex on 112 acres of gulf-view property. A beautiful out-door environment offering 1.16 million sq. ft. of shopping, food, music, health needs a 16-complex theater, and so much more!

About Toni Traina
I have traveled the world in a wonderful 30 year career with Delta Airlines. My career took me to Atlanta GA. where I raised 3 fabulous children. Even though I love Atlanta, I am from the Tampa, Clearwater area & missed the smell of the ocean. When an opportunity took me to the Panama City Beach area, I was shocked to find such a beautiful Beach! As we usually returned to south Florida for boating & beach vacations. I had no idea that one of the most beaches in the world was right there in the panhandle & much closer to Atlanta. It's only 5 hours drive away and about a 45 min. flight. I decided to invest in condominiums on the beach in 2003 and that has become a full time career after my retirement from Delta. I now live in Kennesaw Ga. a suburb of Atlanta, & I still love to travel the world! I'm always a phone call away and always available to my tenants !

Location, Location, Location! I acquired this property when it was in pre-construction knowing that Pier Park was in the Planning. There was only one street that ran from Front Beach Rd. to Hwy. 98, a round about with a globe, and palm trees which lined the street. It took a few years, but all came together, and has become the most popular place to be on Panama City Beach.
What makes this Condo unique
Of course, I just mentioned it's location which makes it unique....But it also has blossomed into much more and continues to grow. The city pier stretches out into the Gulf of Mexico next to Calypso where all the city holiday fire work displays are shot into the sky. At Calypso you have a front row seat on your very own balcony! Pier Park with it's non ending shops and restaurants is an easy walk away. Also, as it stretches across Hwy. 98, lies a huge sports complex, featuring, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, Swimming, biking & walking trails. And an outdoor music area, where many top name musical performances are performed. It's all located on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf Of Mexico! The International Air Port is about 15 minutes away which has made it a great fly in destination. I could go on & on & still not mention all of the benefits because they keep growing!

The condo is pristine and handsomely appointed. Outstanding view from wrap around balcony. Toni, the owner, was very sweet and made the arrangements simple! Highly recommend this place if you’re headed to PCB!
Amazing Spring Break on the Beach!
My family and I visited this beautiful condo for a nice, relaxing spring break! It was absolutely wonderful. The place looks just like the photos, clean, spacious and totally relaxing! We didn't have any problems getting into the condo and the parking space was so nice to have! We were able to have quality family vacation time with no worries what so ever! I know that we will come back very soon!

Wonderful vacation home!
We really enjoyed your condo this past weekend, very clean and nicely furnished. What a beautiful view for sunsets! The parking was very convenient and the location was great. My daughter and her friend could safely go to the mall, beach, pier, etc. Plenty of places to dine and enjoy! We had a great long weekend, wish it was longer!

We loved everything about this condo! The first thing you notice when you walk through the door is the amazing views that wrap around the condo. Just breathtaking. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Master bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows (there was only 2 of us, so we didn't use the 2nd bedroom). Kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes (Not the mismatched old/worn stuff I've seen at other places). The location is perfect. Right across the street from Pier Park. We were able to walk to everything. Only used our car once when we wanted to take a drive on 30A. The underground parking is a huge plus and its right next to the elevator. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We were sad to leave, but we'll definitely come back!

Condo was excellent. Clean and nice. Exactly like the pictures online. The outside grounds was also nice. Great place to stay.
This condo is beautiful and the parking was "spot on"! This was the perfect get-away for myself and two grown daughters. We could not have asked for any more as the place was beautifully decorated, sparking clean and so comfy. We plan to make this a yearly event.

I take VISA or MC for the refundable deposit payment. Please pay the rental rate payment by check. If you wish to use a credit card for the rental payment there will be a 3.5% merchant fee taken from the refundable deposit. After taking the deposit, You will be emailed the billing conformation & short term contract to be signed, & sent back to me. After receiving the total rental payment, the information for the unit, door code, parking code & parking permit will be mailed to you.
