"La petite Maison," a 3-star-rated property, is located at the entrance to a private gated community called "Les Mazes de Beaumel."
It is set in a shaded setting and has no immediate neighbors across the way.
It features a charming inner courtyard where you can relax, sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, as well as a spacious, partially wooded garden with a magnificent view of the Rocher de Sampzon. A large garden shed houses the barbecue.....
The fenced-in courtyard and garden are equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a garden table...
Inside, there’s a large living room (reversible heating/air conditioning, TV, sofa, Wi-Fi…), a small fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher…), 2 bedrooms; one with a 140-size bed and the other with 2 90-size beds. A bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine, and a separate toilet. There is also a private covered parking space within the condominium complex.

Located about 2.5 km from the village of Vallon Pont d’Arc, it is set in a rural setting yet close to local shops (Bio Coop 500 m, Les Halles 900 m, and Lidl 1.5 km...), as well as, of course, numerous restaurants.
The Ardèche River is about 1 km away, and the Ardèche Gorges are also nearby, as are the Chauvet Cave (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and numerous museums and caves (including Orgnac, designated a “Grand Site”).
A wide range of water and outdoor activities are available nearby—too many to list here—including canoeing and kayaking, canyoning, rock climbing, and all kinds of outdoor sports (road biking, mountain biking, e-bikes, electric scooters, etc.), not to mention hiking.
Finally, for those who prefer to relax, there’s the beach, swimming, or shopping at the many daytime and nighttime markets.
