Located about 1.5 km from Le Lavandou, the Saint-Clair neighborhood is home to the beach of the same name. Smaller than the nearby Plage du Lavandou, Saint-Clair offers a breathtaking view of the Golden Islands (Port Cros and Le Levant). It is more secret and its exposure allows you to enjoy the sun from dawn. Nicknamed "The Pearl", it offers a landscape worthy of tropical countries. Fine white sand, mountains that surround it, this beach nestled at the foot of the pine forests has nothing to envy the postcards of certain distant countries.
Regularly cited among the most beautiful beaches in France, Saint-Clair also benefits from many shops (hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) all accessible on foot.

Posizione buona per raggiungere la spiaggia. ( 10/15 min a piedi) Buona comunicazione con il team concierge che comunque avviene solo tramite whatsapp e solo in orari da ufficio ma quando abbiamo avuto bisogno c'è stata assistenza tempestiva. La casa è come da foto, a parte la toilette che è minuscola e un pò scomoda infatti non è inclusa nelle immagini. Inoltre potrebbe essere tenuta meglio ( pentole e piccoli elettrodomestici da sostituire, poca muffa nella doccia etc) . Una delle due stanze ha un forte odore di chiuso che da fastidio e che non se ne è andato nenache tenendo aperte le finestre 24/7.

Nice Holiday in a medium standard apartment

We spent a week in June 2026. The apartment is exactly as it is shown in the pictures apart for the toilet room that is very tiny and uncomfortable which is not shown in pictures. The rooms are big enough , but one of the two had a strong smell of dump which was annoying despite we kept the window opened 24h. For the rest would say ok , nothing special and nothing bad. Space on balconies a bit small ( to dry beach stuff etc..)
