Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Amiens, this charming studio, remade with nine at the beginning of 2023, of a surface of 16 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchenette, a mezzanine with a sleeping area and a shower room. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The apartment is facing East and is composed as follows
- A living room with TV (Molotov & Netflix), Wifi (optical fiber), sofa and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates...
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190) (low ceiling height).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The studio is ideally located in Amiens, close to the city center, the universities and the CHU, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Come and discover the House of Jules Vernes but also Notre-Dame d'Amiens, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world.
- Let yourself slide into a floating world: The hortillonnages.
- The lively city center of Amiens will bring you all the shops you need and you can stroll in the Saint-Leu district while tasting the Macaroons of Amiens.
- A bike place is available for the more sporty or those who want to ride in the hortillonnages, the city center of Amiens, the ballad of the 3 castles, the valley of Boves or the valley of Somme.

Transportation :
- You can park for free near the accommodation.
- Bus : The N2 bus at the foot of the apartment will take you to the CHU, the universities, the main train station and the city center in 10 minutes.
- Nearest train station: Amiens located at about 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Paris Beauvais located at about 40 minutes by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free wifi (fiber optic) with welcome pack, access to more than 80 TNT channels and Netflix.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- For more security, the entrance of the building is equipped with a camera.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
