The main living room is centered around a gas fireplace with a large, plush sectional sofa that was made for cozying up and enjoying your favorite shows or movies on our 70-inch Smart TV. For the times when you can't agree on what to watch, our second living room features a sofa + two seats centered around a fireplace and an additional 70-inch Smart TV. Both living rooms have double French doors that open up to our furnished back patios. 



When mealtime comes around, our spacious kitchen will be the hub for conversation and creating your favorite dishes with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a dining room that seats 6, and a breakfast nook that seats 4 + 4 bar seats at the kitchen bar.



The Genesis features TWO spacious master bedrooms that both have plush King-size beds, luxury linens and bedding, en suite master bathrooms that have jacuzzi tubs, and double door deck access. The lower level of our home has 2 bedrooms, one featuring a King-size bed, and the other featuring a Queen-size bed + a Twin-size bed. On the third story of our home, we have an additional two bedrooms, one with 2 Queen-size beds, and the other with 1 Queen-size bed + a private lounge area with a 45-inch Smart TV with Roku.



Sit back and enjoy the fresh Northwest Arkansas air on one of our THREE outdoor patios! The lowest level of our home features a screened-in porch and a seating area, perfect for late-night kickbacks. The main level of our home has a wooden deck with a gas grill, a seating area, and an outdoor dining space. The third level of our home features a private deck off of the master bedroom, complete with a comfy seating area for enjoying your morning coffee!

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Not pet-friendly.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
