🏢 This T3 fully renovated and tastefully decorated in December 2022 by our team, on the 5th floor without lift consists of:
- a very bright living room ,with sofa and TV,
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room,
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed,
- a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a shower room with Italian shower and WC,
- a laundry room with washing machine.

🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping areas: a bedroom with double bed, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.

⭐ Travel in comfort with the facilities in the flat, such as a TV, kitchen facilities (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided)), washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

📺 The TV is a Smart TV: you don't have the TV channels, but you have all the streaming apps (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) - subscriptions not provided.

🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. Nb: This guarantee system is authorized by all our platforms.

📍 Ideally located in the pedestrian hyper centre of Grenoble, close to many shops, public transport, restaurants, brasseries, cafes, etc. Its location is easy to access from the SNCF train station.

SNCF train station easily accessible.

🚗 The accommodation does not have a parking space. Parking is possible in the municipal car parks around the accommodation paying during the day except on Sundays (museum and house of tourism)

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
