Spacious (over 1250 sq ft) and fully equipped with a full kitchen and laundry. High speed internet, many free streaming services, record player, comfortable beds, charming decor, and responsive host prepared to help with any needs. Free, easy parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Bear Creek Park where you can enjoy charming trails beside the river. Minutes from restaurants, 20-25 mins from downtown or Red Rocks. Easy access to the mountains. Come enjoy the brand new hot tub with its jets and LED lights beside the fire pit for a magical evening.

The space was nicely remodeled and generally very clean. It’s a private basement unit and suited our needs well for the weekend. The hot tub was a great idea, though it wasn’t as clean as we expected during our stay. Access to the unit involved stairs and cobblestone areas with some leading tendrils of a bush, which may be something to keep in mind for some guests.Overall, the place was comfortable and functional, and while it wasn’t quite what we personally looking for, it did work well for our stay.

great weekend stay!

we were in denver for a concert at Red Rocks and stayed here for the weekend. it was great! everything was super clean and modern! and the hot tub was nice after being at the concert all night.
