• Private fenced backyard with 5-person hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining under string lights.

Short Stay

Stayed here two nights on a short trip for my Birthday. House was clean, hot tub was hot, and we were able to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. A short drive to almost everything in Denver.

Great haven for smoking

I really enjoyed the area and being close to sloans lake. Being able to smoke with all the accessories was really nice to have.

Not staying here again

The place smelled of stale weed. Not very clean. Not a good neighborhood. Located on a busy street, hard to sleep with single pane windows and excessive traffic. Cheap wore out furniture. Propane is not included with the gas grill. Not all jets worked in hot tub. The house rules are a bit excessive, to the point I'm not sure legal. For the price, not the worst place to stay. Apartment looks a lot better in the pictures

Great location

The location was perfect, no more than 20 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go (including Red Rocks) and so close to Sloan Lake. This was our first time at a 420-friendly property so that was great. The place is as-advertised and well equipped with soap, towels, kitchen ware, etc. The hosts were incredible - all instructions were easy and when we had an issue with internet late on a weekend night, they worked for over an hour to troubleshoot with the cable company. I would stay with KushKations again based on service alone!

420 Friendly, Decent Location

We loved that it was 420 friendly and pretty clean! Only complaint is maybe cleaner shower, I wish they had a coffee table, and a body mirror so I can see my outfits lol. The hot tub was very clean and nice, worked perfectly :) I would stay here again.

Perfect place for first timers who want to experience the culture and stay on the cheaper side

The bathroom is small the toilet is not positioned very well but that was our only complaint. Well located to reach the city or the outskirts in minutes. Heat worked great as did the hot water and all the appliances. The couch was a bit worn and had a spot that sunk but otherwise very nice. Would stay again probably at one of the larger properties.
