ROSE Vacances offers this tastefully renovated flat on the 1st floor (no lift) of a former hotel, a historic building with direct access to the embankment in Les Sables d'Olonne.
This flat can accommodate up to 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children or 3 adults.

Its ideal location will enable you to get around the town of Les Sables d'Olonne on foot or by bike, just a stone's throw from all the town's amenities (town centre, train station, Grande Plage, Casino).

On the ground floor of the residence, you can leave your bikes in complete safety and access the Grande Plage via the main door opening onto the embankment!
You'll enjoy a tastefully decorated lounge-diner-kitchen area overlooking Rue du Palais. You can sleep on the 160cm sofa bed.
Open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc.
Renovated WC and shower room.
One bedroom (skylight) opening onto the lounge, equipped with a bunk bed: 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm) and a storage cupboard.
