Kimo's Getaway

This a very private duplex. Your host lives upstairs. Your's is a new two bedroom, one bath unit, with a full sized kitchen and adjoining dining area. . There is a large lanai viewing the ocean with plenty of relaxing chairs and an outside dining area.
You will be a 7 minute walk to Honl's beach and 22 minutes to downtown Kona.
Infants (persons two years and younger) are considered guests.

Very comfortable property with everything that we needed for a short stay in Kona. Easy communication with the host and convenient location. Make sure to make the short walk down to the beachfront to see an amazing sunset!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kimo's Getaway. The neighborhood is a little rough looking but the property itself was wonderful. It had everything we needed and very comfortable.

One of the best stays ever. Not only was the property beautiful, spacious, big kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms with plenty of ventilation and sunlight, access to outdoor gardens, but Jim had tiny details printed out at all key locations inside the house saving the guests from trying to “find” answers. I appreciated those details the most. Everything was excellent about the property and we’d love to revisit next time!

This vacation spot is the one. We loved it. The photos wont do it justice. The view was better then expected. Jim was a great host he has some great coffee that we drank every morning. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Thank you Jim for a wonderful stay.

Our host was excellent and easy to get in touch with. He was also great at helping us decide what things to see and where to go. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our two week stay. He provided off-street parking as well. The grounds around his house were fabulous and we loved sitting on the lanai and watching the Pacific Ocean. We also loved the hot-tub and the outdoor shower.

We were welcomed by a Zen garden With an outside shower and hot tub. Our host was kind enough to show us around the garden and unit.The unit was ready for our arrival. Our host showed us the amenities and how everything worked. We were impressed he even had all the light switches labeled for easy use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. from snorkel gear, boogie boards, chairs, plenty of linens, towels, comfortable beds and full stocked kitchen.Jim our host is very personable. He addressed our questions and any concerns promptly. He quickly become our friend.
