-A beautiful modern kitchen, air-conditioned and fully equipped (dishwasher, combination grill/microwave, combination fridge/freezer, toaster, electric coffee maker).
-A bright living room with TV.
-A bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed.
-A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
-Separate WC.

Upstairs:
-A mezzanine with a sofa bed and a skylight.
-A large bedroom with a 140 cm bed and air conditioning.
